Pavimentando un nuevo camino/Paving a new path

Suelo decir que Enero debería ser más un mes de organización que uno totalmente de acción, ojo, esto es si antes no tienes un plan de acción o algo así, siento que las cosas van mejor si en lugar de acelerarnos en enero, tratamos de ir con calma en pro de un plan.

I usually say that January should be more a month of organization than one totally of action, be careful, this is if you don't have an action plan or something like that before, I feel that things go better if instead of accelerating in January, we try to go calmly in favor of a plan.

Decidí implementarlo este año, en lugar de ir acelerada con todo, decidí darle a enero el título de: MES DE PAVIMENTAR.

I decided to implement it this year, instead of rushing through everything, I decided to give January the title: PAVEMENT MONTH.

He decidido poner todo en lápiz y papel, de forma ordenadita, metas, acciones y periodos de tiempo para hacer cada cosa.

I have decided to put everything on pencil and paper, in an organized way, goals, actions and periods of time to do each thing.

Todo esto en pro de mi salud física, mental, equilibrio profesional y personal, es impresionante la diferencia que hace un poco de organización en nuestras rutinas, cambia todo para bien.

All this in favor of my physical and mental health, professional and personal balance, it is impressive the difference that a little organization makes in our routines, it changes everything for the better.

Lo que ven a continuación es mi planer mensual y mi planer semanal, de esta forma logro hacer las actividades necesarias para lograr mis objetivos.

What you see below is my monthly planer and my weekly planer, this way I can do the activities necessary to achieve my goals.

Es un tanto más sencillo transitar un camino cuando sabes que quieres de él y que esperas de él, aunque sea "desconocido", hace que todo sea más amable.

It is a little easier to travel a path when you know what you want from it and what you expect from it, even if it is "unknown", it makes everything more pleasant.

Las nuevas aventuras, los caminos a las metas son extraños, cambiantes y llenos de subcaminos, destinos y demás, toda una montaña rusa de posibilidades, si señor.

The new adventures, the paths to the goals are strange, changing and full of subpaths, destinations and so on, a whole roller coaster of possibilities, yes sir.

¿Que quiero decir con esto? Sencillo, tener un plan no garantiza las cosas al 100%, pero si te ayuda a mantener el enfoque en tu objetivo, y a ponerte de pie nuevamente si las cosas cambian o si debes redireccionar tu camino.

What I mean by this? Simple, having a plan does not guarantee things 100%, but it does help you stay focused on your goal, and get back on your feet if things change or if you need to redirect your path.

Ir tras nuestras metas suele requerir mucha paciencia, en el proceso interno y externo, paciencia contigo mism@ y paciencia con el exterior y todo lo que pueda o no cambiar tus planes y que no esté en tu control...

Going after our goals usually requires a lot of patience, in the internal and external process, patience with yourself and patience with the outside and everything that may or may not change your plans and that is not in your control...

¿A ustedes les cuesta ir tras sus metas?, yo a veces digo: wow, no no, es demasiado, pero gracias a Dios me entreno para confiar en que las metas lucen imposibles hasta que alguien decide ir por ellas a toda costa y hacerlas posibles.

Do you find it difficult to go after your goals? I sometimes say: wow, no no, it's too much, but thank God I train myself to trust that goals seem impossible until someone decides to go for them at all costs and make them happen.
