The Door Is Not Your Enemy | ZAPFIC50 MONDAY (11/13/23) | Prompt: radiation (radiación)
It's time for the ZAPFIC50 Monday challenge. This new challenge by @felt-buzz presents the opportunity to explore the prompt this week "radiation." The term radiation means energy in waves that can be found one form or another. The most common waves I can think of is radio waves that carry signals back and forth. i share with you a flash fiction story for the prompt.
My story is below:
Removing dinner, Mitch cursed, "Cold again." He slammed the door. Hearing this, Carly bolted into the kitchen.
Disgusted, he lamented, "it's broken."
"The door's probably frustrated with you slamming and pulling, preventing it from keeping you safe from radiation," Carly explained.
"Choose: Repair-up to $250. Replace-$69.99 this coming Black Friday!"

Ha llegado la hora del reto de los lunes de ZAPFIC50. Este nuevo reto de @felt-buzz presenta la oportunidad de explorar el prompt de esta semana "radiación". El término radiación significa energía en ondas que se pueden encontrar de una forma u otra. Las ondas más comunes en las que puedo pensar son las ondas de radio que transportan señales de un lado a otro. Comparto con vosotros una historia de ficción flash para el prompt.
A continuación mi historia.
La puerta no es tu enemigo
Retirando la cena, Mitch maldijo: "Frío otra vez". Dio un portazo. Al oír esto, Carly entró corriendo en la cocina.
Asqueado, se lamentó: "Está rota".
"Probablemente la puerta esté frustrada por tus portazos y tirones, impidiendo que te mantenga a salvo de la radiación", explicó Carly.
"Elige: Reparación-hasta 250 dólares. Sustituir: ¡69,99 dólares este próximo Black Friday!".
