In Search Of the Known and Unknown | LET'S MAKE A COLLAGE: ROUND #152 (Complimentary)
Let's Make a Collage ("LMAC") has entered Round 152. For this week's contest, members were provided an amazing underwater bed scene. I can't wait to see what themes we'll see this week. I decided to create themes also to see where my imagination will take me with the concept "in search of".
To create the scenes, I started with the photograph provided by @shaka in his contest post: Let's Make a Collage - A Contest for All Creatives on Hive - Round 152 - ✨167 HIVE in the Prize Pool!

COLLAGE #1: A Dancer's Dream
Estella dreamed of doing nothing besides dancing. At sixteen, she felt it was her way out of the dreary and unfulfilling life her father planned for her. If she didn't make a move in the next eleven months, she'd be doomed forever in the mountain cabin near the lake. Helping her father harvest fish for their livelihood was the only time she had an opportunity to meet others her age.
Her father saw and felt his daughter's frustration. However, without a mother to guide them, he was helpless to address her needs. He wasn't surprised the morning he rose to find a note that she was leaving to pursue a dancing career.
Knowing she would falter in the harsh environment of the times with no resources, he set out to search with a few friends.
They did locate her not far from home. The lighthouse sparkled vibrated with music. The father followed the sound until he came upon the river. Trapped by a promoter promising fame and riches, she was slowly sinking into the abyss of hopefulness.
Extending his hand and praying words over her entrapment, he was able to rescue her with the help of the lighthouse that spread music for her dance steps.
COLLAGE #2: Lost Civilizations
Have you ever dreamed of exploring the unknown and discovering something that has been lost for centuries? Well, I have. How I'd go about doing it or what I'm looking for I have yet to figure it out.
As a teen, I wanted to explore the world. I was fascinated with the pyramids, pharaohs, anything ancient such as cultures, Stonehenge or other wonders. I wish I could get the chance to experience ancient times. All my thoughts and writings tend to explore the unknown.
Below is my depiction of the discovery of an ancient world and people where animals ruled.

To create the theme for Collage #1, I located a beautiful background image with mountains and a lake. Other images I retrieved from the LIL and my own fractal from my inventory. I uploaded the contest photo and all other images into Canva to take advantage of my Annual Pro Membership Subscription. Below are the images:

Collage #2 Supporting Information
For my Collage #2, I decided to utilize the stable diffusion feature of Deep Dream Generator to create an alternate landscape from the contest photo. With this image, I now had a more level surface to work with. I feel the result is fascinating. I also used other stable diffusion programs, such as StarryAI and Night Cafe to produce the images of the animal and female half-animal.

We noticed that you have used artificial intelligence tools for parts of your collage and would like to ask you to refrain from using them for future LMAC collages.
Because we currently tend to consider such tools as non-whitelisted image sources.
It is sometimes very difficult to identify which license terms are valid for the results of such image generation services.
This does not have any effect on your current collage, as this topic has not yet been sufficiently communicated with the community.

Thanks for visiting and communicating your position on the usability of AI generated content. Before using the sites, I checked to see whether they were free to use. I can see though 100% can't be guaranteed.
I will refrain from including any AI generated images in the LMAC Community in the future.
