ASEAN Hive Community Challenge #135 Graffiti And Street Art

Hello everybody,

My entry for this Contest Round are non other than the Crochet Art Installation here at Oakridge Business Park in Mandaue City, Island of Cebu plus the Driftwood Art.

Am so proud because I am one of the 50 Crochetist that installed this art installation in front of Oakridge IT Park building.

Last Saturday, I was grateful at last I have visited the 800 Christmas Balls made into a huge Christmas Tree.

I crocheted 15 balls to partake on this project last September and submitted month of October. But when I was there I can't find them all, I only identify 5 of them.

The Christmas Tree was formally lighted and open to the public last November 29. The installation is a success, with flocks of newsmen, bloggers ,tourist and cebuanos visited the area, blog about this huge Christmas Tree,with 800 crocheted balls, a unique art, made by hand of 50 crochet artist here in Cebu.

Another Art installation is The Bearer of Infinite Blessings just in front of the Christmas Tree Balls.

Made by James Doran Webb the driftwood sculptor in Cebu. His medium are driftwoods. Soooo beautiful! Look!

His works are famous Worldwide.
