[ESP-ENG] Compartir en el trabajo, cierre trimestral | Sharing at work, quarterly closing

Muy buenas, hola amigos de hive. Espero que estén muy bien, tengo el agrado y el placer de estar escribiendo un día más por esta plataforma, y quiero compartirle unas fotos del compartir que hubo en el trabajo, como ya les he comentado antes todos los meses presentamos el informe mensual de la mejoría en cuanto a cada oficina. Y siempre se realiza a principios de mes, como ahorita en abril presentamos el de marzo, quisieron hacer una especie de cierre trimestral, y pasamos un rato distinto.

Como siempre, la dinámica era la misma, las diapositivas de power point, nos ayudan a visualizar lo generado en el mes, y tienen una estructura de plantilla que Recursos Humanos lo envía, para mi llenarlo, siempre es un poco tedioso, porque es recolectar la información de todo el mes, y plasmarla, en el caso mío, como soy facturación, serian los números, los totales facturados, anulados, entre otros puntos a evaluar, junto con los porcentajes de efectividad y márgenes de error.

Gracias a Dios, si visualizamos una mejoría bastante buena, y un avance en el departamento, después de realizar todas las presentaciones, nos llevaron a comer en el mismo sitio donde siempre las exponemos, en un hotel que es super lindo y se llama Litoral Suites, nos dijeron que nos fuéramos sin desayunar precisamente para eso. Yo pedí un desayuno básico, dos arepitas, una de carne mechada, y la otra de queso amarillo, con un vaso de jugo de naranja, y picadillo de frutas mixtas, compartimos un rato, y luego retornamos nuevamente a la empresa. Momentos como estos son importantes consolidarlos ya que salimos de la rutina, y pasamos una mañana distinta.

And it is always done at the beginning of the month, as now in April we presented the one for March, they wanted to make a kind of quarterly closing, and we had a different time.

As always, the dynamic was the same, the power point slides, help us visualize what was generated in the month, and have a template structure that Human Resources sends it, for me to fill it, it is always a little tedious, because it is to collect the information of the whole month, and capture it, in my case, as I am billing, it would be the numbers, the totals billed, canceled, among other points to evaluate, along with the percentages of effectiveness and margins of error.

Thank God, if we visualized a pretty good improvement, and an advance in the department, after making all the presentations, they took us to eat in the same place where we always expose them, in a hotel that is super nice and is called Litoral Suites, they told us to leave without breakfast just for that. I ordered a basic breakfast, two arepitas, one of shredded meat, and the other of yellow cheese, with a glass of orange juice, and mixed fruit snacks, we shared a while, and then we returned to the company. Moments like these are important to consolidate because we get out of the routine and spend a different morning.
