Dark Beers

Excellent evening, beer-loving community! Despite having been here on Hive for a while, I'm new to making posts. However, as soon as I realized that there is a unique community to talk about beer, my interest increased tremendously. I may not be an expert on beers, but I do consume them a lot.... Maybe that will make me a beer expert!

Getting back to the main topic, today, while enjoying a glass of 'Negra Modelo' beer, I realized that most of the pictures I have of beers are of dark beers. That is, I like the dark beers that are consumed here in Mexico, such as Negra Modelo, Indio and Bohemia, to name a few. But I also noticed that most of them are from Cerveza Indio.

If anyone has had the opportunity to drink this beer, you will know that it has a rich bitter taste that gets better the colder it gets. I'd even go so far as to say that if it's very cold, that bitter taste can turn slightly sweet. hope you get my drift! 😅

¡Excelente noche, comunidad amante de la cerveza! A pesar de llevar un tiempo aquí en Hive, soy nuevo en la realización de publicaciones. Sin embargo, en cuanto me di cuenta de que existe una comunidad única para hablar sobre la cerveza, mi interés aumentó muchísimo. Quizás no sea un experto en cervezas, pero las consumo muy seguido... ¡Quizá eso me convierta en un experto en cerveza!

Regarding my tastes in beer, I have always been of the idea that beer is drunk alone, that is to say, without any other additions. However, I respect everyone's tastes and many times I am invited to a 'michelada', which is beer mixed with lime juice, spicy, salt and seasoning sauces, and since beer is not wasted, I have no choice but to consume it 😋. Referente a mis gustos con la cerveza, siempre he sido de la idea de que la cerveza se toma sola, es decir, sin ningún aditamento más. Sin embargo, respeto los gustos de cada quien y muchas veces se me invita a una 'michelada', que es la cerveza mezclada con jugo de limón, picante, sal y salsas sazonadoras, y como la cerveza no se desperdicia, no tengo otra opción más que consumirla 😋. Aquí en México es muy común consumir la cerveza con aditamentos, e incluso algunos son muy locos. Dejaré ese tema para una próxima publicación.
