Why do people die (part II) | the old path | MCGI - Fulfilling The Purposes of God's Judgement
Greetings Brethren in Christ. We thank God for giving us lives and strength to share the word of God with you.
We have met again to share the word of God, in order to strengthen our faith and to worship him accordingly.
Brothers and Sisters in Christ I happened to watch the video shared by Bro. Eli Soriano teachings on YouTube about "Why do people die (part 2 )| the old path | MCGI"
Fulfilling God's purpose of judgement.
Humankind was created by God to live and worship God, share his words to as many who do not know him and to propagate his word to the whole. After the purpose why God brought us on this World, it will be a time that God will judge us base of the activities He gave us to do. This our body will die, while the soul would be remain to face God's judgement. The flesh can't stand before God, that is why the body has to die for the souls to be judge.
Acts 17: 31
"Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead."
We must understand that "people are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.(Hebrews 9:27-28 NIV)"
The fact that Christ Jesus was death and resurrected means that humankind has to die and resurrect so that the souls can be brought to judgement what he or she used his or her body for whether righteousness or sin. So death is a road map that would lead us to judgement and after judgement God would decide whether we are righteous is sinful.
"According to Bro. Eli,"
"As we face death inevitably, we will inevitably also face the judgement of God's seat."
This means that we can't escape death and hence when we die, by all means we would be judged or can't run away from God's judgement. So, we must prepare as the days go by. We must order our steps that we have some test to face with God Almighty.
**Then what would make us live longer?...
According to the Proverbs 10:27, "The fear of the Lord prolongeth days;but the years of the wicked shall be shortened!" For those who paves heed to the word of God, those who submit to his will will enjoy the fruit of long years but those who do not obey him is doomed to shorten his or life.
According to Bro. Eli,
"If a person fears the Lord, the Lord can prolong your days, the Lord can tarry your death. The Lord can extend your days."
Therefore, we must strive and live longer if death is inevitable for mankind by serving the Good Purpose of God. Being submissive to the God's will and propagating his words in the whole Country.
