Learn how to give out what you want back, if you want people to be kind towards you, then be kind to them first
I have noticed how the energy we put out into the world often comes back to us. What you give out eventually finds its way back to you. This idea is eventually true especially when it comes to kindness or generosity to people. If you want people to be kind towards you, you should be kind to them first. A simple trick.
Think about it. When someone shows you kindness or maybe any good deeds, whether it is a simple smile, a thank you, or a random act of generosity – how does it affect or make you feel? Warm and uplifted, right? Well, the same goes for the other person. When you extend kindness to someone, it not only brightens their day but also creates an effect of positivity in them, an impression that won't easily leave them.
So I call this a simple but powerful equation: kindness given equals kindness received. When we make the effort to be kind to others, we are setting the stage for kindness to come back to us. Look at it from this side, someone who likes planting seeds of goodness that will eventually blossom into a garden of happiness and connection.
Now, we might be thinking, what if I show kindness to someone and they don't reciprocate? Well, here's the thing that I am going to say: true kindness is not about expecting something in return. It is about giving from the heart without any hidden agenda. Even if the person doesn't respond in the way you hope, know that your act of kindness has made a positive impact, both on them and on the world around you. That's enough!!
Being kind to others also has a way of shifting your own perspective. When you make a conscious effort to treat others with kindness and compassion, you begin to see the world through a different way. You start to appreciate the beauty in small gestures, the power of kind words, and the joy of making someone else's day a little brighter and spicy. Lol .
Furthermore, practising kindness will not only benefit those around us but also have a positive impact on our own well-being. I think this needs to be studied more. Studies have shown that acts of kindness can boost our mood, reduce stress, and even improve our overall health. So, by being kind to others, we are not only spreading love and positivity but also nurturing our own happiness and inner peace.
So let's remember that it all starts with us. Let's take the first step towards creating a more sympathetic and caring world by extending kindness to those we encounter. Smile at a stranger, lend a listening ear to a friend in need, or simply say thank you to someone who has helped you. I believe these are simple acts but they're powerful but they can go a long way.
By giving out what you want back, by being kind and compassionate towards others , you are not only setting the stage for kindness to come back to you but also creating the chance of love and positivity that will affect the world in ways you may never even realise it.
