[Movie review] [Eng | Esp] Ant-Man and the Wasp
Welcome my dear quantum travelers of the internet and thank you very much for having made a temporary stop in my post, today I was ready to see the latest Ant-Man movie, however, while I was looking for it I realized that I had not seen the second installment of the trilogy (That's right, I found out that it was a trilogy just today) so to follow a logical order of things today I bring you the review of “Ant-Man and the Wasp” that brings us back to the favorite ant hero of many. Without further ado, get ready to change size because we are about to begin.
Bienvenidos mis queridos viajeros cuánticos del internet y muchas gracias por haber hecho una parada temporal en mi post, hoy me encontraba dispuesto a ver la última película de Ant-Man, sin embargo, mientras la buscaba me percaté de que no había visto la segunda entrega de la trilogía (Así es, me entere de que era una trilogía justo hoy) así que para seguir un orden lógico de las cosas hoy les traigo la reseña de “Ant-Man and the Wasp” que nos trae nuevamente al héroe hormiga favorito de muchos. Sin más que agregar prepárense para cambiar de tamaño pues estamos por comenzar.
Ant-Man and the Wasp was released in 2018, directed by Peyton Reed and produced by Marvel Studios, it has a duration of 1 hour 58 minutes. It is a superhero film, the story takes place after the events of “Civil War” with Scott Lang who is facing the consequences of the decisions he made during said conflict, all of which left him in a difficult situation both personally and heroically because he would have to face time under house arrest, however, he will have to put on the suit again when Hope and Dr. Hank need his help to carry out an urgent mission in which they will have to risk a lot if they want to obtain a great reward.

Es un filme de superhéroes, la historia toma lugar después de los acontecimientos de “Civil War” con un Scott Lang el cual se encuentra afrontando las consecuencias de las decisiones que tomo durante dicho conflicto, siendo que todo eso lo dejo en una situación difícil tanto personal como heroicamente debido a que tendría que afrontar un tiempo bajo arresto domiciliario, no obstante, deberá volverse a poner el traje cuando Hope y el Dr. Hank necesiten de su ayuda para poder realizar una misión urgente en la cual deberán arriesgar mucho si desean obtener una gran recompensa.

The soundtrack is good, it is a section that has its charm and that fulfills its function of adapting to the various needs of the film.
La banda sonora está bien, es un apartado que tiene su encanto y que cumple con su función de adaptarse a las diversas necesidades del filme.
The construction of the world is interesting, right off the bat the theme of the quantum world that had already been mentioned in the previous installment is taken up again, being a world that has interesting things and that continues to maintain a certain halo of mystery, on the other hand, there are the special effects that are simple but quite good because they make the different action choreographies and situations in general look very good.
La construcción del mundo está interesante, de buenas a primeras se retoma el tema del mundo cuántico que ya se había mencionado en la anterior entrega, siendo un mundo que tiene cosas interesantes y que sigue manteniendo cierto halo de misterio, por otro lado, se encuentran los efectos especiales que son simples pero bastante buenos debido a que hacen lucir muy bien a las diferentes coreografías de acción y situaciones en general.
The plot is quite predictable, from the start it makes it clear that it will be a film that will have a good dose of both comedy and action, which are simple but effective, apart from the above there is nothing else to highlight since in general terms the film few things are proposed. Narratively there is not much to highlight, as previously mentioned the film has few aspirations beyond entertainment through silly jokes and interesting fights, as a whole it serves to delve a little deeper into the lives of these characters after the events of the previous films. La trama es bastante predecible, desde el vamos deja claro que será un filme que tendrá buenas dosis tanto de comedia como de acción, las cuales son simples pero efectivas, fuera de lo anterior no hay más nada que destacar ya que a rasgos generales la cinta se propone pocas cosas. Narrativamente no hay mucho que destacar, como mencione previamente la película tiene pocas aspiraciones más allá del entretenimiento mediante chistes tontos y peleas interesantes, como un todo sirve para ahondar un poco más en la vida de dichos personajes después de los acontecimientos de las anteriores cintas de Marvel. Ya saben lo que siempre menciono sobre los filmes que duran cerca de 2 horas, sin embargo, pese a que no tiene un contenido abundante o complejo esta cinta sabe apañárselas para mantenerse interesante en todo momento, tanto por su premisa simple pero atrapante como por el hecho de ir dándole un cierre a algunos conflictos producidos por las decisiones tomadas en el pasado, todo lo anterior hace que sea un largometraje bastante ameno de ver.

Lo más que podría destacar de este apartado es el hecho de que a lo largo del filme los personajes van resolviendo sus diferentes conflictos, y, en algunos casos, fortaleciendo los mismos, fuera de ello no hay más nada. La antagonista está interesante aunque termina siendo algo simplona si se le analiza a profundidad, no está mal como tal pero carece de algunos elementos que la hagan ser mucho más relevante e interesante.
Ant-Man and the Wasp is everything a superhero film has to be, it is quite relaxed and has few aspirations, which is why it is entertaining to watch because it does not require much to be able to understand all the events it contains, since the Few things he sets his mind to achieve in a fairly good way. It is for all of the above that it deserves 3 stars out of 7, it is one of those types of films that only seeks to entertain and that from the very beginning tells you what direction it will follow and what it has to offer, recommended to see at least once time.
Ant-Man and the Wasp es todo lo que tiene que ser un filme de superhéroes, es bastante relajada y posee pocas aspiraciones por lo que resulta entretenida de ver debido a que no exige mucho para poder entender todos los acontecimientos que alberga, siendo que las pocas cosas que se propone las consigue de una forma bastante buena. Es por todo lo anterior que merece 3 estrellas de 7, es de ese tipo de filmes que solo busca entretener y que desde el vamos te dice cuál será el rumbo que seguirá y que es lo que tiene para ofrecer, recomendada para verla al menos una vez.

Yo debo decir que desde cierto punto dejé de ver las películas de Marvel, no en su totalidad, pero si aquellas que realmente parecen no llamar tanto la atención y a juzgar por tu reseña, hice bien en no ver esta, quizás en algún momento le de un oportunidad, pero de momento creo que me quedaré con tu opinión de ella. Buena reseña.
Verdaderamente no es el mejor trabajo de Marvel, y, a decir verdad, también me he alejado un poco de estos filmes debido a que en su mayoría son poco innovadores o creativos.

Últimamente, he dejado de lado estas sagas, pero viendo su reseña, trataré de verla.
De esta trilogía la primera fue algo buena, de la que hablé hoy fue pasable, la tercera un no la veo así que no se.
