About Me

I have taken some time to visit a few community and as well have subscribed to the community of my interest, getting ready for business. My name is Blessing Daniel, an indigene of Akwa Ibom state, south south Nigeria.

I am the first born in the family of Five, all female, over the years I have grown within my region, and am glad about that, I am dark in complexion, tall, am slim but I don’t know how long I still have to be slim, I feel deeply that things will soon change.

I have four beautiful siblings very loving and caring, one of them is very jovial and can dance with pride, she is sweet inside out but stubborn a little that's my third born sister by name Uyaiabasi, meaning Gods beauty, My mum is a beautiful soul, with her lovely husband, I have enjoyed my stay with them, am grateful for all the sacrifices, they have made for me.

Education

My Nursery and primary school days was fun cause we always eat free food during lunch time and as a pupil then I wouldn't miss school for anything cause of free lunch. My secondary school days as a boarding student was another experience, I only stayed there for a year, my parent requested that I go to school from home, so I became a day student as we called it then.

I completed my primary education at the mediator nursery and primary school, then attended Immanuel Lutheran high schools for my secondary education. After which I further pursued my higher education at Akwa Ibom state polytechnic, where I obtained my diploma in science lab tech and Microbiology.

My college days was the sweetest of my schooling experience, everything went smoothly, I will not undermined the stress but with all of that, I came out as one of the best student. Less I forget, I love food, I don’t joke with pepper soup rice, I love the chewing part of it, and it is the perfect comfort food to warm my heart and soul.

Hobbies

In my downtime, I love to listen to music, read books and watch cooking tutorials, it helps me unwind and recharge, my love to cultivating culinary skills lunch me into a three years training interior decoration and pastries, now my love for baking is something I cannot imagine, my passion for it give's me ability to freely express my creativity with joy and satisfaction.

My aspiration

My aspiration is to become one of the most sort for chef, I desire to own my bakery, where I can share my passion for cooking to my environment and to the world and as well make a name in the culinary industry.

I am the CEO of #BlessedBakries&more, I have a few number of staff, working with me now, the details are on the flyer you have down below, I run a baking and decoration business, we make all cakes, pastries, and desserts for special occasions. I'm passionate about combining art and flavor to bring joy to my customers.

I got to know about the #hive community through my best part, the husband of my youth @emylight, my gift for 2025, I cannot also forget other friends @uyobong, @johnuko, @peckypeace, @praiselove and a host of others for the motivation and courage.
