SUCCESS IS NOT BIRTHED BUT IT’S A MATTER OF CHOICE
Hello everyone, I’m grateful to enlighten you more on what success entails, and why some people fail in succeeding.
I view success as an abstract entity that is not birthed but it comes as a matter of choice. One may wonder why I say so. Before a child is conceived, his or her parents have already decided how they will raise their child, they even went further to determine what their child would become in the nearest future, without considering if the child would accept it.
Once a child is given birth, he or she is born with an innate ability to learn his or her language, as well as speak and write his or her language when need arises. As time goes by that child would know what he or she is capable of.
But at some point, knowing the right path to their success is always difficult because, at that moment, they will be taking advice from parents and outsiders. In our society today, success is what every man is praying for but they fail to make some enquiries on how success works
Being wealthy is not a prerequisite for success but being productive is what makes someone a successful man. Success is a matter of choice, one can either choose to be successful in life or remain unsuccessful. Being unsuccessful does not mean you’re not successful, but ever since you indulged in business have you ever thought of coming up with new business ideas? Or have you produced any product different from that of your fellow business partners that could fetch you millions of naira in a week? If your answer is yes, then you’re indeed a successful man.
Success requires having foresight, one who wishes to succeed must not sleep a whole day. He or she must see far beyond what others are seeing. The reasons we have unsuccessful businessmen and women everywhere is that they didn’t know the type of business to invest their money in, they saw their friend succeeding in that particular business and they also do the same business.
Doing the same business with your friend is not a sin, but how sure are you about the business you’re venturing into? Have you any idea about it? One who wishes to succeed must have a scale of preference for his or her daily routine. A good businessman or woman must always have a scale of preference just to know how far he or she has gone with the business, and how profitable the business is.
The scale of preference gives one the guidelines on how to run a successful business, what to consider first, and what should come next. Many young people of our time waited for their parents to die so they could sell their properties and become successful in life. Come to think of it would that money be enough for such a person to take proper care of himself or herself and still think of doing business? I doubt it can ever be enough.
Some people also wait until they have millions of naira in their account before they think of what to do just to be successful. One can be successful with just five thousand naira if properly utilized. It might take a whole year to seek success, but success comes in one day. Passion produces success, one who is successful has something to offer to his or her entire generation, but one who is not successful will always hide when successful people are talking.
In conclusion, being successful in life should always be our priority. I plead with all young adults and advanced men and women to always think of success as never before. Always speak positively about your future. Let’s not allow finance to be our problem, rather let’s take a bold step with the little we have and we will be successful.
