Un día en el Taller (Esp-Eng)

Hola chicos, ¿Qué tal? Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un día laboral y hablar cosas referentes al trabajo en el taller.

Muchas veces no es fácil ser maestro mecánico o dueño de un taller, a veces los clientes llegan apurados y quieren el trabajo para ya, entonces uno accede a hacerlos rápido, porque así no se va el trabajo para otro lado y obtiene la ganancia del dinero. Sin embargo esto es algo que no nos gusta muchas veces y que no siempre trae buenos resultados. Un trabajo rápido no quedará con la garantía de lo bien hecho, se le advierte esto al cliente, además muchas veces debemos trabajar horas extras que no son pagadas por sacar un trabajo con afán y en otros casos, el cliente no paga o dice que viene luego y ese luego se convierte en semanas.

La semana pasada y esta, hemos tenido muchos de esos últimos clientes. Hubo uno que me hizo hace un trabajo rápido y aún no viene a retirarlo y tampoco paga, pero bueno toca seguir qué vamos a hacer jeje. Ya uno los va conociendo. Esta semana también estuve trabajando en 2 cabezas, cabezotes o como le llamen en su país, de motor V6 de la Mitsubishi montero.

Estás cabeza de Motor son de 24 valvulas a gasolina, vinieron por problemas de corrosión por el uso del agua y aquí es cuando uno sabe que el culpable es el cliente, ya que dejó de usar refrigerante y eso es la consecuencia de usar agua. Se soldó, se aplanan, se lavan y se hacen los cambios de guias de valvulas, rectificación de valvulas y posteriormente toca asentar todas las valvulas, eso seria todo el servicio de mantenimiento para estos 2 cabezote de motor en mi area de trabajo.
