Trabajamos a crédito - reflexión (Esp-Eng)

Hola, ¿qué tal amigos? En esta oportunidad quiero hablar de un tema en base a una reflexión que hacía unos días atrás.

En el lugar donde trabajo hace unos días hubo mucha tensión, incluso amenazas de despido hacia algunos compañeros. Los dueños quieren exigir cosas, pero no cumplen con lo establecido en la ley y mientras pasaba esto pensaba en que la mayoría, trabajamos a crédito.

No hablo desde el punto de préstamos, si no que dedicamos nuestro tiempo, conocimiento, mano de obra a ofrecer un trabajo que lo pagarán luego de terminado, luego de haber trabajado una semana y en otros casos de manera quincenal, pero siempre después de haber trabajado. Cuando los trabajos deberían pagarse antes de que se hagan.

At the place where I work a few days ago there was a lot of tension, including threats of dismissal against some colleagues. The owners want to demand things, but they don't comply with the law and while this was happening I was thinking that most of us work on credit.

I am not talking from the point of view of loans, but that we dedicate our time, knowledge and labour to offer a job that will be paid after it is finished, after having worked for a week and in other cases fortnightly, but always after having worked. When jobs should be paid for before they are done.

En la rectificadora donde trabajo, los dueños no dejan que se realice ningún trabajo si el maestro mecánico o cliente no ha pagado antes, al menos un 50%, entonces pensaba que es algo contradictorio, ellos si cobran por adelantado pero pagan atrasados, es decir luego que nosotros hacemos el trabajo.

Esto siempre ha sido un arma de doble filo, y es que pagarle antes a un empleado puede hacer que pierdas tu dinero, ya que se puede ir y no volver o te hace mal el trabajo porque ya se gastó el pago y no hay motivación monetaria para hacerlo bien. Sin embargo hay quienes si valoran sus empleos y no harían eso.

Así mismo pasa el riesgo para el empleo, muchas veces hemos oído casos, donde se trabaja y una vez finalizado el trabajo o tiempo del mismo, los empleadores no pagan y ha sido el empleado en este caso el estafado, a quien se le robó tiempo, esfuerzo y dedicación.

We have often heard of cases where people work and once the work or time is finished, the employers do not pay and it is the employee who has been swindled, who has been robbed of time, effort and dedication.

Creo que hay que mejorar esto para ambos bandos, donde más allá de un contrato laboral, exista una forma legal de protección, en especial para aquellos que trabajan son contrato y por poco tiempo. Y bueno chicos, esa era la reflexión que queria compartirles.

I think this needs to be improved for both sides, where beyond a labour contract, there is a legal form of protection, especially for those who work under contract and for a short period of time. And well guys, that was the reflection I wanted to share with you.
