Knowing and understanding self worth

This is actually my time here and my first post as well. I hope I'll be able to touch lives with these few words am about to share around the world through this great community @GEM and Hive Blockchain.
I feel welcomed already.

sincerely speaking it's funny how many people out there are ignorant of what they actually are or will become in the nearest future. understanding and also knowing your worth really goes a long way and I believe that no one can easily bring you down or take you for granted.

WHAT'S SELF WORTH

Self-worth is knowing your value as a person and loving and accepting everything about you is unique. This is very essential to every persons out there, we all should understand our nature and our value respectively, if we as humans don't value ourselves who else will? this is the question I keep asking myself everytime.

The moment I started loving everything about myself that was when i found real happiness, satisfaction and love within me always. When you understand your worth as a person it gives you this mental satisfaction about yourself.

Now it's when you value what you have in you that's when positivity will come to you and everything that concerns you generally, i strongly believe that's one major reason we need to value and understand our self worth very much.

Importance of self worth

It's highly important we understand this as human because it will help us build much confidence within us, and of course it will help achieve so many things we plan to get or achieve. knowing your self worth will make you aspire for greater things ahead of you even when you know the stuff is our of reach to you but the confidence and believe you have in you will ignite your morale in getting those things. I'd say it essential we cultivate the habit of valuing ourselves, it can be gotten from anywhere else but within you only, so you have to build it yourself, love yourself under any circumstances you find yourself and believe in whatever thing you and I'm sure it will take you farther in life more than you can ever imagine.

Self worth also comes with having a positive mind or thought about yourself or whatever thing you love doing. be positive and say positive things to yourself and avoid negativity and anything that attracts it.
always give yourself attention and also take time in loving yourself. you can't get self worth or high self esteem from anyone but within you so, take time in loving everything that really concerns you because you're who you're and no one can change that.

Never be afraid of who you are as a person and accept your life challenges and make good things out of it. the moment you start believing in yourself and loving everything around or within that's when you'll understand why it's very important you understand your value. It's never a crime to love yourself, so take time and build your self esteem cause it'll surely be of help to you anywhere you find yourself.

I'd like to share a about self worth so that we can all understand how important it's to have it as a person.

In my place of work where I work as a bartender, and so there's this friend of mine she's a waitress and most of the times we always work together but then we weren't close to each not until 2 weeks ago when we started talking about our personal matter to each and we developed feelings for each other right way. It was funny and weird cause neither of us expect things would turn out this way but then I got to know about her past lives and event with different guys she has dated and been with before I came into the picture.

I literally made to understand that she has been in different toxic relationships and most of them has mis handled her in an ungodly manner. I consoled her and made her understand not to give up on herself. I asked her if she knows her worth as a lady, she was dumb founded about the question and instantly I knew she doesn't value herself or have any self worth within her. I advised her several times and she started developing self esteem and she found love within her and so she cut ties with so many of her exes and most of her male friends. She thanked me and appreciated me for making her know her value and worth as a lady.

We must all have self worth and self esteem in order for us to avoid lots of negative and toxic things around us as human being.
