After being a little sore from doing exercises I decided to take a little break, actually more like a celebration for my effort, before I only pressured myself to meet the goals I set for myself but I never took the time to congratulate myself for each small achievement or step taken, now I am more aware of encouraging myself and enjoying each moment because at the end of the day we only have this life.

I went to see an anime that I really like Solo Leveling today there was a premiere at the cinema, it was a summary and two new chapters of the next season, and the truth is it was incredible, it was everything I expected, the only annoying thing was in the cinema, in the row above there was a girl I would say 6 years old who did not stop kicking my seat.

And after that I ended up going to a restobar, I ate some snacks, I tried to have a cocktail but I did not like it, that is how I concluded my night, more exhausted than I expected.

Después de estar un poco adolorida de estar haciendo ejercicios decidí darme un pequeño break, en realidad más como una celebración por mi esfuerzo, antes solamente me presionaba por cumplir con las metas que yo misma me proponía pero nunca me daba el tiempo de felicitarme por cada pequeño logro o paso dado, ahora soy más consciente de alentarme y disfrutar cada momento porque a fin de cuentas solo tenemos esta vida.

Fui a ver un anime que me gusta mucho Solo Leveling hoy hubo un estreno en el cine, fue un resumen y dos capitulos nuevos de la siguiente temporada, y la verdad fue increíble, fue todo lo que esperaba, lo único molesto fue en la sala de cine, en la fila de arriba había una niña diría que de 6 años quien no dejaba de patear mi asiento.

Y después de eso terminé yendo a un restobar, comí algunos pasapalos, traté de tomar un cóctel pero no me gustó, así concluí mi noche, más agotada de lo que esperaba.
