Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, en este post les compartiré mi ultimo entrenamiento de Freestyle y combos, entrené en casa de @chiqui-sw como de costumbre! Tenia el cuerpo super fatigado de mi entrenamiento de ayer y pensé que no haria gran cosa hoy, pero llegue y llegaron los muchachos y me active un poco viendolos lanzar trucos, asi que calente, me preparé y empecé a pensar que practicar, me decidí por lanzar tornado a 540 sin toque ya que siento que esto me ayudaria con la fluidez de mis giros, asi que lancé uno para probarlo y lo sentí bastante comodo y empecé a spamearlo JAJAJAJ intente meterlo otro 540 pero aun no me salió, supongo por la fatiga, tambien lo combee con unos 360 y disloque 360, luego de eso hice algo de movilidad y flexibilidad porque quede todo adolorido, aun asi me sentia activo asi que hice algunos basicos, y algunos aguantes colgado a una mano para mejorar mi agarre, terminamos de entrenar bastante tarde pero fue un buen entreno ! Quedé en practicar para la proxima el otro 540 y meter un combo un poco más largo, esperare que se me pase un poco la fatiga muscular para lograrlo.

I agreed to practice the other 540 for the next one and put in a slightly longer combo, I will wait for the muscle fatigue to pass a little to achieve it.
