Entrenamiento Nocturno de Empuje ! [ESP - ENG]
Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, hoy les vengo a compartir unas fotos de mi entrenamiento de ayer, fue mi primer entreno de la semana ya que como entrene el domingo decidí descansar el lunes, me decidí por entrenar empuje porque llovió y no podiamos hacer free, llegué al barroso al rededor de las 6:30pm y espere a Cesar y Alessandro para empecer a entrenar, calente un poco con mi banda elastica y con algunos handstand y empecé mi entreno, me estoy enfocando en intentar cosas nuevas y en dominar las handstand push ups y subidas a para de manos, empecé con subidas desde pike en straddle y me sentí comodo excepto por un pequeño dolor que tenia en el antebrazo izquierdo, seguí entrenando y lancé unas straddle que a pesar de no lanzarlas con la mejor postura me alegro que las lanzara en mis mini parelelas ya que aqui me cuesta mucho más hacer planchas, luego segui con handstand push ups hasta que me salieran las 6 repeticiones por lo que hice varias series porque el piso del barroso esta un poco ladeado y me cuesta buscar el equilibrio, luego de llegar a mi rm en handstand push ups hice ejercicios de fortalecimiento los cuales fueron aguantes de tuck adv planche, pike push ups elevadas, lean push ups y aguantes de lean, gracias por leer y nos vemos en un proximo blog !
