Entrenamiento de Fuerza en Concordia ! [ESP - ENG]
Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, en este post vengo a compartirles mi ultimo entrenamiento el cual realicé en la plaza Concordia. Se me habia hecho un poco tarde para entrenar debido a que estaba arreglando mi bici, y mi plan era entrenar en el venoil pero mientras arreglaba mi bici se me fue la luz, asi que terminé de arreglar mi bici y me fui a entrenar a la plaza Concordia ya que era uno de los pocos lugares con luz. Me daba un poco de pena ya que habia mucha gente pero bueno, al final no le pare mucho y me puse a hacer combos de empuje en las mini paralelas, no queria entrenar para fatigar mucho mi cuerpo hoy pero si hacer elementos que me costaran y me retaran a ejercer bastante fuerza, me decidí en empuje por subidas a paradas de manos y flexiones para de manos porque me dolian bastante los antebrazos, estaba bastante liviano en las subidas y la tecnica de mis flexiones de handstand mejoraron aunque no a muchas reps ya que si sentia aun un poco de fatiga en el cuerpo por mi ultimo entreno. Hice 5 combos de empuje y me pase a las barras a hacer muscle up ya que no me sentia muy comodo para lanzar front, entrene como hora y media y al terminar estuve esperando en concordia como 1 hora esperando que me llegara la luz. Al final me llegó y volviendo a casa me consegui unos amigos y jugue casi 2 horas basket, un poco de cardio nunca cae mal, fue un buen dia de entrenamiento y bastante activo !
Hello Hive and SWC hivers, in this post I come to share with you my last workout which I did in Concordia square. I was a little late to train because I was fixing my bike, and my plan was to train at the venoil but while I was fixing my bike the power went out, so I finished fixing my bike and I went to train at Concordia square since it was one of the few places with light. I was a little embarrassed because there were a lot of people but well, in the end I didn't stop too much and I started to do pushing combos in the mini parallel bars, I didn't want to train to fatigue my body too much today but I wanted to do elements that would cost me and challenge me to exert a lot of strength, I decided to do push ups on handstands and handstand pushups because my forearms were hurting quite a bit, I was pretty light on the push ups and the technique of my handstand pushups improved although not to many reps because I still felt a little fatigue in my body from my last workout. I did 5 push up combos and went to the bars to do muscle ups since I didn't feel very comfortable to throw front, I trained for about an hour and a half and when I finished I was waiting in concordia for about 1 hour waiting for the light to come on. At the end I got it and returning home I got some friends and played almost 2 hours of basketball, a little cardio never hurts, it was a good day of training and quite active!
