Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !
Me desperté bastante temprano y empecé mi día haciendo unas cuantas paradas de manos, @chiqui-sw paso por mi casa porque estaba cerca y hablamos un rato y me dijo que no podiamos entrenar en su casa porque tenia cosas que hacer, asi que lo que hice fue enviarle a Juan y cuadrar para entrenar básicos en el venoil y no perder el entreno del día, pase la tarde estudiando un documental de Andrew Huberman y cuando lo terminé fui al venoil con Juan a entrenar básicos un rato, fue un entreno suave pero bueno.
I woke up pretty early and started my day doing a few handstands, @chiqui-sw stopped by my house because he was nearby and we talked for a while and he told me that we could not train at his house because he had things to do, so what I did was to send him to Juan and arrange to train basics in the venoil and not lose the training of the day, I spent the afternoon studying a documentary of Andrew Huberman and when I finished it I went to the venoil with Juan to train basics for a while, it was a soft but good training.
Luego de terminar de entrenar, Juan habia llevado su balon asi que fuimos a una cancha que queda cerca de mi casa para lanzar un rato y jugar basket un rato tambien, estuvimos como una hora lanzando hasta que nos cansamos y nos fuimos.
After we finished training, Juan had brought his ball so we went to a court near my house to shoot a while and play basketball for a while too, we spent about an hour shooting until we got tired and left.
