The Consequences Of Being Overly Assumptive About Money.
Sometimes our lives... finances can become unrealistic and this is how we're unapologetically assumptive of money, its source, the possibilities that come with it, and how it makes it difficult to envisage the true nature of our reality. What do I mean? One of the reasons why some people are laid back in life is because how they've assumed the possibility of money creeping into their lives without them having to do anything.
One thing I know is that the heavens crown real-life effort, every decision, every penny, every intentional action towards ridding oneself from poverty counts in the struggle for financial freedom and this is because there's no way we can be unintentional towards money and hoping to hit Intentional financial milestones in life.
The Aspects Of ill lucks
There are times we have to be cognizant of our lives, the level we're supposed to have gotten to, and the consequences of not being there yet. This is different from making efforts and facing ill luck in life. Being aware that we're supposed to have a saving while earning is a conscious way to financially stay abreast, not having these thoughts at all, makes us unconscious people living in a world where we need conscious decisions to survive and thrive.
Life happens and most times we have to make it happen. What do I mean? It's not our fault that we're born, but because we're humans with a functional brains, we had no option but to live the life we're given, and this is why we go ahead to make our lives comfortable.
What brings these comfort?
Do we need them?
Money makes life comfortable and this is because we have needs, desires wants, and dreams irrespective of our financial conditions and because we're naturally inclined to always "want" there's the corresponding responsibility to always "seek" seeking involves, making attempts to look for means, which involves equipping oneself with value so that we can sell this value for money.
If you still don't understand that life requires creativity to thrive then are partially
inoperable. One of the things we have to do is to be partially operable in all aspects of life, else, we might be making decisions that require us to be responsible, but we aren't willing to be responsible, this is why it's important to understand that there are grey areas to our lives and finances that we have to diligently pay attention to.
The Grey Areas To Our Finances
This is because the biggest favor we can do for ourselves is to make sure we're financially conscious and realistic rather than being assumptive about money.
For example, I've always been hit by questions like "what if you mistakenly see one million dollars on the floor, what will you do?", Or "what will you do if hive hits $50?"
Firstly I think these are some of the most stupid questions ever because such things are not impossible but it might take everything, to be obtainable and the parameters that might make them obtainable are beyond our reach and we might not even be alive if these parameters are reached. people tend to be wildly assumptive about money but find it difficult to be assumptive when it comes to things like failure.
*As much as we think our pockets can be miraculously lined with money, there's also the possibility that life might happen and we'd end up broke and penniless or even worse
There's A Need
Now it's important to create a balance because being assumptive about money creates an unreality, it takes away the aspect of being intentional about hard work, and this is one of the reasons why people live and die dreaming about billions or millions they never made.
This is to say that life is not a dream, the moment we lose our consciousness, everything ends, hence we cannot live in dreams of a comfortable future while our actions and decisions aren't aligned with that future. For example, there are people whose aim in life is to look beautiful in other to attract rich husbands, and there are men who certify themselves with certain qualities to appeal to rich women.
To Knack For Innovativeness
Now, while I feel that this is one of the most foolish intentions ever, you have to admit that these intentions are creative and futuristic nonetheless. Money requires innovative tendencies, I've seen people who take up tech courses to swindle others of their hard-earned money, irrespective of the fact that this is evil, it's detailing, effortful, our lives, moralities are what draws a line and defines what's good money and what's bad money.
Irrespective of which is which, efforts is still needed. At the end of the day, assumptive people are always dreaming and never living. While it's good to envisage and assume, there's the aspect of making the reality we want a possibility by being intentional.

In many ways, we need money to get many things done, financial freedom can also be determined by our level of reaction to it
We create the consciousness for what and who we want to be there with money. That's an angle to see it.
Yeah... Money is indeed a spirit as they may say
I see someone in here💯, we live together under the same roof, it appears that this person has his own job that could fetch him enough money but like you mentioned in this blog, he feels like it'd cost him a lot of time and effort to complete a job why because he's overly assumptive about what the reward his effort would yield so he'd always think, why not lay back, invest very little amount of money in some online gaming platforms expect a huge reward from there (don't get me wrong, I'm not against the gaming thingy but why make it a full time remote job).
I wondered for a while but I then remembered what a friend once said to me, he said "Once one miss the stage of one's life when one could have worked efficiently to build capacity financially etc, the next stage would only be to seek shortcuts", then you begin to think too much about money. How you can possibly get a lot from contributing just a little
Haha I can relate with what you've said about this guy. In reality, online gaming can be lucrative, but when you put more expectations on it to pay, it becomes really difficult. I think this guy has to be careful, else he might waste a lot of time. I believe we only have to put effort and wait for heaven to bless that effort, we can never be prepared for luck unless we are ready for luck ourselves. In whatever way we choose to work hard, I reckon we have to be intentional towards it.
Hmmm great, i guess waiting on heaven will help reduce the mental stress because, omo seeing his reactions every time makes me think that whatever it is that he is doing on that platform is no child's play or might be just the way he's handling it cause of his expectations.
Expectations can actually kill a man because it might herald disappointment and this is the reason why we must approach everything in life with a clear mind, always hope for the best but then being clearly minded of the situation that might not be too friendly.
Thank you boss✌🏾
Amen to this brother. My only hope is that it counts. The beauty of this life we live in is that most of the people who made it to be billionaires started from scratch. Some of the multimillionaires who didn't become billionaires had daddy's money to start up. That is not say that maintaining daddy's money is easy but you have no excuse not to rise from there.
Well it definitely would count especially when we have luck or the element of luck on our side. You're right, a lot of people start really small and sometimes the narratives the society sell is that nobody starts really small. But then it's very challenging to climb the ladder because of how life can be. It's our individual race and journey and we have to be conscious of it..
Very true. One way I believe can help a person get ahead, especially on Hive is trading. After some bad decisions last year, I have been building my trade volume from as little as $4. It's more than $100 now and this is just 3 months after. I had some good luck along the way but I hoping to compound that to 1k
Hahaaaa wow from $4? That's stunning... I think it's a process, already you're intentional towards growing that $4 is yielding. Although one might lose along the line, but your luck will eventually outshine all your the bad lucks. It's a process.
You have said it all so perfectly mate. It's a normal thing nowadays people do have assumptions or ain't putting any efforts and those thoughts or $million on the street or hive at $50 in one night tells how they live in an illusion and each others paranoia.
Our dreams can come true, but I feel this can actually be dependent on us sometimes
A well articulated and amen to all the prayers in it and it's good to work while you have energy to secure what you'll need while there no more energy
I agree that people shouldn't think about those unrealistic options and focus more on what is in front of them. It's why I don't really care that much about looking nice in front of other people as I prefer to grow my funds so I can retire. I don't really think money will come to you for no reason very often.

Unrealistic tendencies tends to deter us in life, there are people who are hoping for things to happen to them without planning for it. There's no way we can achieve tailored results without leaving intentional efforts, it's true that we can get lucky, but then what if we don't?
The only issue that I have is that people still equate their "worth" with their "wealth". This is a terrible mindset to be in because if you then come into a position that you don't have wealth, you immediately feel worthless which is not true. Having skill is worth something and should be valued. Having the ability to problem solve is valuable and so it dedicating time to teaching something to someone else or a team of people. But money doesn't equate with value of person.
Well, we live in a world where wealth and money is everything? It's why people choose wealth and not value or skills or any other human enablement. It's a human societal thing though. Yeah you're right money doesn't equate to the value of a person, it's a mentality we should change too. Thanks for coming through.
I agree with you that effort is still needed but somehow, there are still people who acquire money with no or less efforts, for e.g rich kids whose parents have laid up treasures for them and their generations. These set of people just wake up each morning and get everything they want even from their sleep and at the snap of their fingers.
Turning to my angle, I work so hard but yet earn something that is not even enough for half of my needs.
Somehow, I believe that efforts is still being put in one way or the other it's either one party puts the effort and the other happens to be a beneficiary of the efforts.
Assumption is not totally bad but we must use this to create a good plan for the future that what if we find ourselves in this position what will be our next action but the moment we must always be realistic ourselves

I am also guilty of this sometimes. LOL. I can't blame myself or others though as it is free to dream. 😊 But sometimes, it's kind of misleading as we get good in dreaming without striving to be good in getting it the logical way. 😁
There are some people who say that money is evil because there are some individual who would do anything, regardless of the morality, for money. But I agree to those who say that money is a neutral object and it only magnifies the real personality of a person. 🙂

I agree with you. How can one pray for God to bless the works of his hands when he is not working.
Life is give and take.
