Las bebidas con mani ,siempre han sido deliciosa, por lo tanto , hoy prepararé una merengada de mani con galletas , con mucha proteína ,vitaminas y minerales.
El maní, es una fuente importante de proteínas que ayuda a reparar y a mantener los órganos vitales,tejido musculares y huesos.
Todo lo que lleva mani, es súper delicioso. En casa nunca falta. Espero que la preparen.
