\n\nHola mis apreciados lectores, hoy les traigo como siempre una deliciosa receta, son unas tortas de an\u00eds, mi madre sol\u00eda prepararla de vez en cuando ya que a mis hermanos y a mi nos gustaba mucho, cuando \u00e9ramos ni\u00f1os y a\u00fan de adultos nos encanta.\n\n***Los ingredientes que necesitas son:***\n#\n250 gr de harina pan\n200 gr de harina de trigo\n60 a 80 grs de an\u00eds o anicillo \nSal 1/2 cucharada \naz\u00facar 1 cucharada.\nLa sal y az\u00facar puedes ajustarla a tu gusto\nAceite vegetal para fre\u00edr\n2 huevos\n1 cucharada de polvo para hornear\n250 a 270 ml aproximadamente de agua\n#\n***Procedimiento:***\n#\nPara la realizaci\u00f3n de esta rica receta solo necesitas integrar todos los ingredientes en un bowl amplio y con la mano amasar hasta integrarlos y que se despegue la masa del monde, te aconsejo colocar primero el agua empezando con los 230 ml y reservar un poco por si requieres mas ya que depender\u00e1 del pa\u00eds que est\u00e9s y de la calidad de la harina de trigo a usar, algunas requieren m\u00e1s agua que otras para hidratarse mejor.\n#\nUna vez amasada proceder a hacer las bolitas de masa y con las palmas de las manos darle forma aplanando en el centro ir friendo en aceite bien caliente cuidando de que no se quemen.\n#\nColocar en papel absorbente y servir calientes .\nPuedes disfrutarlas para un desayuno, merienda o cena, ya que al ser tener un toque dulce puedes acompa\u00f1ar con lo que prefieras, jam\u00f3n, queso,carne, mermelada chocolate si eres de las que te encanta el dulce o comerlas as\u00ed solas ya que al tener queso quedan muy ricas. \n\n\n
