Saludos amigos de #HIVE y de la comunidad SWC, espero se encuentren bien les mando un fuerte abrazo, en esta nueva oportunidad tengo la oportunidad de compartir con ustedes, una nueva rutina para trabajar nuestros abdominales.
Greetings, my friends of #HIVE and the SWC community, I hope you are well I send you a big hug, in this new opportunity I have the opportunity to share with you, a new routine to work our abs.
Esta nueva rutina para nuestros abdominales es bastante sencilla, pero nos ayudará a mejorar nuestra fuerza y definir nuestro abdomen, esta rutina solo tiene 5 ejercicios, los cuales considero que son muy buenos. Cómo siempre les recuerdo que antes de realizar cualquier actividad física debemos ejecutar nuestro respectivo estiramiento y calentamiento para así evitar lesiones y siempre poder entrenar con todo.
This new routine for our abs is quite simple, but it will help us to improve our strength and define our abdomen, this routine has only 5 exercises, which I consider to be very good. As always I remind you that before performing any physical activity we must perform our respective stretching and warm-up to avoid injuries and always be able to train with everything.
