These lakes are nourished thanks to Rivers, the largest of them is the Kraken Sea, which is about half a million square kilometers, it is a little larger than the Black Sea on Earth, the Black Sea is the one that is located between Ukraine , Russia, Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria and Georgia, even this sea has a connection with the other great Lake of Titan and it is believed that many of these great lakes are connected to each other, this hypothesis of the lakes was only a hypothesis, It's an idea, in the books from before 2007 it was only assumed that liquids might exist on the surface of Titan but there was no certainty. That certainty was achieved thanks to NASA's Cassini spacecraft in 2007.

Since then, scientists have carefully studied all these images in search of clues because where there are liquids, where there is chemical activity, where there are these fluids, this rain, these Rivers, there may also be activity that favors the development of life, perhaps not life as it is. We know it, perhaps it is a life not based on water, but based on carbon.
