I WANT THIS LAMP!
Look at those beads. Lovely.
T-shirts and Pouches.
All the bling! You want one?
I wonder how ancient this wall clock could be.
Oh yeah they also sell shampoos by the way.
The crafty beads on display - quite a Wow right there.
Souvenir Shop
A wonderful Wednesday to all of you dear Hive friends! As promised, today I'll be sharing (a lot) of photos of the Souvenir Shoppe located inside The Ruins. Are you ready?!
As soon as you get in the ruined mansion, the corridor will greet you - it is filled with so photos of news articles and photos of the history of the said place. As you move on ten steps ahead, you'll then see the Souvenir Shoppe! It was a dainty vintage-y vibe so I went in. ๐ค
It is a rather small space filled with so many bits and pieces of things - something to remember by of the place. There are so many bracelets filled with multi-coloured beads which are proudly handmade. On top of that are necklaces and even anklets which look lovely and might I add, has got that tribal-ish dazzle to it.
What caught my eye were the vintage items they have at the store - yay vintage! One was the towering wall clock which for me looks ancient. I wanted to ask whether the clock was one of the things that they sell and was it a possession of the Lacsons who then lived in the mansion. However there were many people in the store who's buying and I got shy to ask since I was not purchasing anything whatsoever lol. I also took a liking to the lampshade that got coloured stained glass design all over it - it's just so quaint and stunning for me!
Apart from the above-mentioned items in the store, they also sell souvenir t-shirts, fridge magnets, multi-purpose pouches which has the photo of the 'magical' Ruins. If you're the person who's keen on bringing these "place collectibles" - you're someone who wants to have actual items to remind you of the place you've visited - then this Souvenir Shoppe is something you have got to visit! Who knows you might be the next owner of the vintage clock or that cheeky lampstand!
