Cebu Litfest 2022!!!🎎👱‍♀️🎩📚🫰✨

Last Saturday was a blast - my bestie and I accidentally dropped by the Cebu Litfest of this year YAAY!!🥳

For those who are not familiar a Literary Festival, abbreviated as Litfest, is an annual gathering of like-minded folks who love literature in general. The sellers with such cute pop-up stores meet the buyers who are as passionate as they are!😍

From the traditional books and comic books to the trendier ones which tackle modern topics such as same-sex relationships, gay marriages and unions, LGBTQ++ rights among others, are being sold in the fair! There are also lots of paintings, drawings, awesome stickers, button pins that are up for grabs!❤️

For two straight years there was no Litfest because of the pandemic - My bestie and I were SO GLAD to accidentally find out that they were back and it was fate that of all places it was in Ayala mall where we usually meet on any given weekend! 🫰

There were SO MANY PEOPLE who went to the festival and many of them were even in costumes! Apparently we found our there was a cosplay competition happening and oh what fun to see all these young vibrant faces in such kawaii costumes! 💙 Had I known then I could have maybe participated hahahaha, just kiddin. 🤣

I am really happy seeing that the past few weeks this mini-world I live in, here in this part of the globe, is back to normal pre-pandemic times. People are going out - no more fear of the virus. The business are thriving. I am seeing more and more faces and less and less face masks.😍 Indeed we are healing as a nation - what a blessing that is!✨
