The story of Sergeant Baboon and Inspector Monkey on General Donald's farm
The story of Sergeant Baboon and Inspector Monkey π on General Donald's farm.
In the northern part of Nigeria, there was this intelligently looking young but great farmer; he was internationally recognized with many outstanding awards of excellence from Agricultural professionals.
Mr. Donald as he was formally called, has many farm plantations across the northern part of the country. But he was more interested in growing maize π½, and he was actually doing very well on his plantation, until his encounter with monkeys and baboons from the nearby forest.
At first, this encounter between Mr. Donald and the monkeys and baboons was in an amiable term, until Mr. Donald returned to the maize π½ plantation the following weekend to find out that most of his maize was cut down low.
Leaving the farm to have a scanty look, and then Mr. Donald realizes that he's in big trouble. The friendly atmosphere suddenly vanished the moment he picked up the drums π₯ of war and beat, calling on the baboons and the monkey's awareness that there's fire π₯ on the mountain.
On the next visit to the maize π½ plantation, Mr. Donald came in with his household not to do the weeding but to launch an attack against the baboons and the monkeys. Unfortunately, this war didn't end very well for Mr. Donald and his family as almost everybody sustained minor injuries on their bodies, but Mr. Donald was badly and severely injured by the monkeys and baboons while exchanging shots with branches of trees.
.Mr. Donald sustained a very big injury on the head, which kept him in pain for quite a while; at this point, the monkeys and baboons were fully in charge. Mr. Donald's maize π½ plantation as there was nobody left to carry on with the combat against them.
And after Mr. Donald had battled so hard to survive through the incident, he finally kicked the bucket (died). So when monkeys and the baboons heard about the rumor of Mr. Donald's demised, the main man who usually chased them away from harvesting maize π½ on his plantation had passed out, they were all happy celebrating freedom.
Then, several years went by, and there were scarcities of maize π½ in the environment; the thought of Mr. Donald crossed the monkey's and baboons' minds, and they realized that the dead man was actually the farmer they'd been disturbing all this time.
This simple and beautiful piece is a shifting reminder that amidst any circumstances and conditions, one should learn about how to stay in peace and live within the camp of their seemingly enemies.
If not today, you might need them on other days.
Some enemies today could serve as a pillar you might need at a time. So aren't true enemies but maybe facilitators or unofficial coaches divinely assigned to get you in perfect shape. Others are just imaginary haters.
After this..... the preacher of love said that situations may likely occur when you don't even expect it, but regardless of our differences, let's give love a chance in our midst to evolve.
