It thrives in most environments and it is often found growing in farms, gardens and forests it is an underrated plant with so many benefits that you would love to have in your garden if you know how much it adds to the taste of your meal and the kitchen.

Packed with essential nutrients such as vitamins A, C and K as well as essential minerals such as calcium, potassium and magnesium these make it not just a nutritional plant but one that can be used mechanically for traditional medicine to treat different ailments making it an excellent choice for good health.

It is very easy to cultivate and once it gets to an environment it propagates on its own and dominates that environment, so how do we even get the Water leaf 🌿 plant into our garden? Water leaf grows from two origins the first is the stem and also the seeds.

We can propagate water leaf by cutting the stems from the plant and then planting that stem in our gardens and with good water supply with good Soil and nutrients the water leaf will eventually grow other stems.

The second way is seed propagation, now water leaf can propagate its seeds on its own or it can also use human help or other mechanisms to propagate the seeds the water leaf in my garden is almost matured and ready for planting and when it is ready I will give a better insight on how to go about it.

Let's keep growing nutritional plants with good benefits to us.

I do have some waterleaf plant in my garden and really loves the leaf.
They contain serious health benefits and should be a type to be missing from our foods.
