Tard de sopa y cachapa | Soup and cachapa afternoon

¿Qué tanto les gusta la sopa? ¿Sabes que es una cachapa?
Les cuento que @jinathanb19 y yo nos fuimos a disfrutar a un lugar que se ganó nuestros corazones porque la señora prepara una sopa deliciosa, cargada de sabor y espesa, les confieso que desde niña disfruto de la sopa tipo caldo, es decir... (Poca verdura y más aguada) pero en el oriente del país le agarre muchísimo cariño a la sopa espesa, todo que suavecito, las verduras, la carne, los vegetales todo prácticamente se deshace en la sopa y todo ese sabor se siente intensamente en el líquido. En resumen, es una verdadera delicia 🤤
Por otro lado, nos llevamos la sorpresa de que el día que asistimos estaban en el segundo día del inicio de la venta de cachapa en su menú, te cuento rápidamente; La Cachapa, es una especie de tortilla, hecha con maiz pilado mezclado con un poco de azúcar, una pizca de sal y un poco de leche liquida o agua, se coloca un poco de esa mezcla sobre una plancha caliente, untada previamente con aceite, luego que esté lista se le agrega un poco de mantequilla o margarina, queso (infaltable) y para los que les gusta el cerdo, también es buena opción. Queda riquísima, así que si no la has probado y alguien te invita, acéptala con todo gusto, porque estoy segura de que te va a encantar 😉
¡Ah! Y aunque se disfruto mucho de la comida, el calor sigue acabando con nuestras vidas, así que no faltó en esta oportunidad un rico helado para calmar un poco el calor.

I tell you that @jinathanb19 and I went to enjoy a place that won our hearts because the lady prepares a delicious soup, full of flavor and thick, I confess that since childhood I enjoy the broth type soup, ie .... (Few vegetables and more watery) but in the east of the country I became very fond of the thick soup, everything is so soft, the vegetables, the meat, the vegetables, everything practically melts in the soup and all that flavor is felt intensely in the liquid. In short, it's a real treat 🤤.
On the other hand, we got the surprise that the day we attended they were on the second day of the beginning of the sale of cachapa in their menu, I tell you quickly; The Cachapa, is a kind of tortilla, made with corn pilado mixed with a little sugar, a pinch of salt and a little liquid milk or water, a little of that mixture is placed on a hot griddle, previously smeared with oil, after it is ready you add a little butter or margarine, cheese (infallible) and for those who like pork, it is also a good option. It is delicious, so if you have not tried it and someone invites you, accept it with pleasure, because I am sure you will love it 😉.
And although the food was very enjoyable, the heat continues to kill our lives, so we did not miss a delicious ice cream to soothe the heat a little.
