Celebrando el Día del niño. / Celebrating Children's Day.

¡Hola Hiver's! Les comparto fotografías de una maravillosa mañana en compañía de muchas sonrisas de niños que la necesitan un montón y que se logran gracias a la noble labor de la Fundación Charlene en mi ciudad. Ya en otros post le he comentado que gracias a esta fundación se logran llevar 400 almuerzos cada semana a niños de escasos recursos o situación de pobreza, por esta razón formó para del voluntariado y ayudo a difundir e invitar a los ciudadanos a través de mi programa radial, para que se sumen más personas y se puedan ayudar a más niños.

El pasado 16/07 se celebró en Venezuela el Día del niño y un grupo de voluntarios nos fuimos a un sector (o barrio) llamado "El Mirador". Allí nos estaban esperando 60 niños para jugar, bailar, pintarse las caritas (que por cierto, me disfruté un montón haciéndolo), también disfrutaron de ricas bebidas a bases de frutas, gaseosas, pizzas, perros calientes y muchísimos dulces 😅

Lo bonito de este día, además de verlos disfrutar de algo lindo y realizado con amor para ellos, fue poder formar parte o aportar del tiempo y talento para brindarles un día totalmente diferente, recordar que una de las mejores cosas de la vida es ser niño (sin olvidar eso jamás sin importar la edad que se tenga) recordar que aunque ya estemos en la adultez, los que hoy son el futuro, merecen lo mejor, merecen amor, merecen sonreir y a pesar de la precaria situación por la que están pasando, también tienen días para alimentarse como se debe.

Yo espero que ustedes también hayan pasado un fin de semana muy bonito, recuerda.... "Nadie es tan pobre, que no tenga nada para dar". Así que si tienes la oportunidad de ayudar hazlo y agradece de estar del lado del que da y no del lado que recibe 😊

Hello Hiver's! I share photographs of a wonderful morning in the company of many smiles from children who need it a lot and which are achieved thanks to the noble work of the Charlene Foundation in my city. I have already told you in other posts that thanks to this foundation, 400 lunches can be brought each week to children with limited resources or poverty, for this reason they formed volunteers and helped spread the word and invite citizens through my program radial, so that more people join and more children can be helped.

On 07/16 Venezuela celebrated Children's Day and a group of volunteers went to a sector (or neighborhood) called "El Mirador". There 60 children were waiting for us to play, dance, paint their faces (which by the way, I really enjoyed doing it), they also enjoyed delicious fruit-based drinks, sodas, pizzas, hot dogs and lots of sweets 😅

The beauty of this day, in addition to seeing them enjoy something beautiful and made with love for them, was being able to be part of or contribute time and talent to give them a totally different day, remembering that one of the best things in life is being a child. (without ever forgetting that no matter how old you are) remember that even though we are already in adulthood, those who are the future today deserve the best, deserve love, deserve to smile and despite the precarious situation they are going through, they also have days to feed properly.

I hope you also had a very nice weekend, remember... "No one is so poor that they have nothing to give". So if you have the opportunity to help, do it and be thankful that you are on the side of the giver and not on the side of the receiver 😊
