Efforts Toward Building A Fat Leo Power

It is that time of the month when we keep our Leo Power goal commitment to ourselves, we show up and we lock up those Leo tokens.

It is a collective effort that impacts individual accounts on the 15th of every month and with this being the second LPUD in 2023, I have been looking forward to this day.

The goal for me is to get my Leo Power as fat as possible but putting a number on it, I set a 20k Leo Power goal for myself for 2023.

It is a stretch seeing I began the year with just about 6500 Leo Power. I am averaging about 500 Leo tokens monthly from author and curation rewards provided there are no drops in my activities in the community.

With about 500 Leo monthly I might find myself in the 13-14k region in addition to my current stake come to the end of 2023. So I have to pick up some Leo off the market, which I managed to buy for January's LPUD.

I repeated the same for February buying some Leo tokens, at the time of writing the post (14th Feb), I am seating with 835 Leo tokens awaiting Power Up.

I have an open order of 567 Leo as seen below which I am hoping goes through otherwise I am in no rush for it.

After February's LPUD, I will start powering up often instead of waiting to Power Up all tokens on every 15th. I will be partaking in the LPUD with tokens of around 200 but I will be staking most of my Leo tokens during the month as it helps toward better curation rewards.

I will be staking the 567, tokens on a later day if the buy order is not taken.

So it is 15th February and I woke up to more Leo tokens of 841 in my wallet, the buy order hasn't been filled.

I have therefore staked 842 Leo tokens today which now put me at 8,199.289 Leo Power. I am looking forward to over 9000 Leo Power come the 15th of March.

That's quite a decent number, your 20k target is not beyond reach, infact, it's within. I just want to do my own power up now at the moment... Congratulations.

Happy LPUD and nice power-up. That is a lot of LEO that you need to stake but I am sure you can get there. I went for a more reasonable goal for myself and I powered up over 400 LEO myself today.

It is a lot that I need to accumulate and stake within the next 10 months. I will give it my best shot and see how far I get.
