A day of bliss at New Brighton beach
It has been eight days since I was at New Brighton Beach, I couldn't wait to share the bliss of the day but it has been very busy with me, after work I just want to eat and sleep.
So pardon me for my less engaging habit lately, I don't see it changing any time soon.
My colleague who has been with the company and in NZ for six months has been great at helping me to settle in at work and he extended kindness to outside work. He took me for a drive last week Sunday and it was breathtaking views!
Our first stop was at New Brighton Beach, the beach reminds me of Summerstrand Beach in Port Elizabeth South Africa with a bridge extending into the sea, you would notice I have it as the background of my profile pic 😉
The weather was nice and it was a great day to be out there exploring South Island, NZ.
There is a fishing guide as seen below, it tells you when is the best time to fish and the limits to fishing. I might just get myself a fishing rod and some baits in the future for a hobby and of course as a lover of fish.

Work being busy leaves weekends to explore and have fun, nice wide open beaches under blue skies.
Once settled fishing a popular sport to enjoy on the many waterways offered.

I might have to work some weekends, it can get that busy for me but it's all good.
Am surely going to consider the fishing thing.

Once settled I am sure you have more time to explore.
It was a lovely day, the weather do change quickly though, we finished our outing with me wearing my jersey to keep warm as the weather suddenly changed.
It will be different and better once properly settled, as for now I am most concerned about delivering at work.
