a few days ago I went to the market to buy vegetables, the market is located not far from where I live only about 1 km from my house, when I arrived at the market I saw some kluwih fruit placed on the table, I asked permission to the vegetable seller to take pictures of the kluwih fruit.
Kluwih fruit is one of the many fruits found in rural areas, its shape is almost similar to jackfruit and the color of the fruit is greenish and all colleges are widely cultivated by the community and used as vegetables for cooking as a food menu.
there are so many nutrients and vitamins that are very beneficial for the health of the human body such as for the smooth process of digestion because the skin contains a lot of fiber which is very useful for removing toxins contained in the human body and also helps the stomach work properly.
kluwih fruit is also useful for blood circulation and is able to lower blood pressure, and regulate heart rate regularly, because at that time it contains potassium which is very beneficial for the human body, kluwih fruit has a lot of fiber which functions to absorb bad cholesterol in the body.
kluwih fruit is also very useful for reducing weight because in kluwih fruit contains a lot of fiber which is able to neutralize the work of the stomach and kluwih fruit is also able to make the body fit because the fruit contains many vitamins, especially vitamin B and vitamin C.
this is all I can write about the kluwih fruit and some of its benefits for the health of the human body, hopefully my writing can be useful for us and I apologize if there are many shortcomings in this paper.

I just saw this fruit, at first I thought it was a young jackfruit, it turns out that when I saw some of the photos you shared it was different, does it taste the same as jackfruit?
thank you for stopping at my blog. it is true that it looks like a young jackfruit but this is not a jackfruit but this fruit is still a family of jackfruit. this fruit is usually used for vegetables.kalau diaceh disebut dengan boh kulu.
It is a rare fruit actually, When I was a kid my dad always brought the fruit from the garden I have some trees. The beans of kluwih is a good source of carbohydrate too. The young kluwih has great taste when it is cooked with coconut milk.
