My activities during routine meetings at school

A few days ago I was at school to take part in an event held by the school, namely routine expectations where in the meeting several problems were discussed that had to be resolved immediately. Among the several days discussed, it took a long time, namely about the progress of the teaching and learning process. in school because with this process, education in the school will be successful. Here, the old school principals really emphasized that we have to prepare ourselves in terms of teaching and learning and meeting or face to face with students in the class during opening hours with the students. At school, we have to prepare learning tools so that later students can understand and understand the material presented by the teacher.
And almost every week there is always a routine hope that the school will do this by evaluating the work of the teacher council and other parties so that later there will be improvements in the school where for the progress and success of education there must be an evaluation from an early age. and there must also be expectations that must be implemented by the school, in this case the expectations are led directly by the principal and followed by the entire teacher council and other administrative staff.
The routine meeting lasts around 30 minutes to 1 hour and in this case there are several very urgent days which must be resolved by the school by involving the entire teacher council and here all brothers and sisters listen most to the policies conveyed by the principal and also matters - things that must be handled directly and with the hope that we will collaborate and improve education at the school.
I have applied today, the principal really hopes and emphasizes to all staff and other teachers to improve performance or improve work at the school so that there will be progress in the institution and the principal is also very grateful for this collaboration which is easily established. -Hopefully it will continue so that there is no confusion. You are also controversial at that school.
After the meeting lasted for more than 30 minutes, several conclusions were drawn today, the conclusions of which were aimed at improving the quality of the school and improving the performance of the teachers' board and other staff so that justice and prosperity would be achieved equally.
