Yooo hello my fellow hivers and all hive communities from around the world wherever you are. Back again with me Jodi and Ema on the blog of food and snack recipes that are very easy for you to make yourself at home without requiring a lot of money and time. Happy wednesday dna as well as the 77th Indonesian independence day, for you Indonesian hivers, I wish you all a happy independence day, have a nice day. Thank you to all hivers and communities who have read and stopped by my previous post regarding the recipe for how to make pizza rolls, what do you think? do you like this recipe? give your feedback below this post. Well, on this special day of independence, Ema and I will make a food that meets the red and white flag, the snack that I will make is omelette rolls and the process of making this omelette is very simple and fairly short. So, for those of you who are interested in this recipe, just take a look at the recipe below until it's finished. Good luck Hivers!
well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make this red and white omelette are very cheap and you can buy all the recipes for these ingredients at the nearest supermarket or market. The first ingredients are wheat flour, coconut white, coconut milk, sugar, salt, brown sugar, vanilla powder, cooking oil, eggs, food coloring and pandan leaves. after you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare enough brown sugar and finely chop the brown sugar until it's done. make sure you use good quality brown sugar so that the taste of this roll is delicious.
the second step, after you have finished finely chopping the brown sugar until it is finished, then all you have to do is prepare a frying pan and put all the brown sugar that you have finely chopped, enough mineral water, a pandan leaf, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and half a teaspoon of salt . after that, cook and stir until the brown sugar dissolves and boils over medium heat.
the third step, after you have cooked and stirred until the brown sugar dissolves and boils, then what you have to do is put half the white coconut into the brown sugar and then stir again until the brown sugar water dissolves and goes along the white coconut.
the fourth step, after the white coconut has changed color to brown sugar, then set the white coconut aside. now all you have to do is prepare a place and put 150 grams of flour, half a teaspoon of salt and 1 sachet of vanilla powder. after that, stir the dry mixture until well blended using a whisk only.
the fifth step, after the dry mixture has been stirred until well blended, then add 400 ml of thick coconut milk, 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. After that, stir until well blended.
the sixth step, after the dough has been stirred until well blended, then what you have to do is prepare a sieve and strain the dough into 2 parts so that there are no lumps of flour.
the seventh step, after the dough has been divided into 2 and filtered, then all you have to do is give enough red dye for 1 dough and 1 more dough let it be white. then, stir the dough until the dough turns red like the photo above.
the eighth step, after the dough is finished, the next thing you have to do is prepare the teflon and heat the teflon first. after the teflon is hot, then, put the dough drop by drop according to your wishes and cook for 20 seconds on the lowest heat.
the ninth step, after you have cooked and the red dough is dry, then overwrite the red dough with white dough and widen the white dough like the photo above. then, cook again until cooked for only 2 minutes depending on the Teflon you use. repeat this step until the dough is done.
the last step, after you have made all the dough into an omelette skin, then prepare a plate and place the omelet skin on a plate. after that, put the white coconut brown sugar on the skin of the omelette and then roll it up. Repeat this step until all the pancakes are filled with white coconut and brown sugar.
and finally, you can serve the special independence day omelette for your family and friends. the taste is really very good and also not boring, in just a few minutes all these omelette rolls have been spent with the family. if you want to be the same as me, just make and comment below this post. once again, happy independence day for 77th Indonesia, hopefully Indonesia will remain the best especially for tourist destinations from abroad. thank you to all hivers and communities who have read and stopped by my post today about the red and white omelette recipe. don't forget to give your advice and support for me and Ema to be more enthusiastic about making the next interesting and unique recipe. see you in another recipe with me, Jodi and Ema. good luck Hivers!
