How to Make Raisin Sponge Cake

This recipe uses ingredients that are quite simple and certainly very cheap. for those of you who have had sponge and raisins, just read the recipe below until it's finished and leave your suggestions. good luck Hivers!
well, the ingredients for making this raisin sponge cake are very easy for you to get and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are eggs, powdered milk, margarine, wheat flour, flour. cornstarch, sugar, SP, vanilla powder and raisins. after you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step.
the first step, before we get into the dough, the first thing you have to do is prepare a round baking sheet and spread margarine in the pan evenly like the photo above.
the second step, after you have spread the margarine in the pan, then all you have to do is prepare a bowl and put 3 tablespoons of margarine. then, melt the margarine over hot water while you stir so that the margarine melts quickly.
the third step, after you have melted the margarine to completion, then all you have to do is prepare a place and put 5 or 6 eggs, half a tablespoon of SP and 1 sachet of vanilla powder. Next, mix the dough until it is white, expands and trails like the photo above .
the fourth step, after the dough is white, swells and traces, the next thing you have to do is 80 grams of flour, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and 30 grams of powdered milk. After that, briefly mix the dough until well blended on medium speed.
the fifth step, after you have a mixer until well blended, then what you have to do is enter all the margarine that you have melted and stir the dough again using a spatula until it is well mixed.
the sixth step, after the dough is finished and well mixed, then prepare a bowl, put enough raisins into the bowl and also enough flour so that the raisins don't sink when sprinkled on the dough.
seventh step, after you have prepared the raisins, then enter half the dough into the pan and sprinkle half the raisins that you have prepared on top of the dough like the photo above.
the eighth step, after you have put half the dough into the tin, then put the other half of the dough into the tin and sprinkle another half of the raisins on top of the dough like the photo above.
the last step, after all the dough has been put into the pan, then all you have to do is prepare the oven and preheat the oven for 10 minutes. next, after the oven is hot, put the baking sheet into the oven and bake the dough at 180 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for about 30 or 35 minutes depending on the oven you use.
and finally, you can cut the raisin sponge cake and serve it to your family or friends. for the taste, the texture of the sponge is very soft and the raisins are perfect. This cake is very suitable to be eaten with milk or tea. What do you think ?
