How to Make Onion Chips

This snack is really very popular and very liked by many people. This onion chip snack is often sold in cake shops or chip shops. for those of you who want to make this super delicious snack, just read and save the recipe below. good luck Hivers.
Well, the ingredients for making onion chips certainly don't require a lot of ingredients and you can buy all of these ingredients at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are eggs, margarine, mineral water, celery leaves, garlic onions, flavorings, flour, tapioca flour and salt. After you have prepared all these ingredients, now we will go to the first step.
the first step, what you have to do first is to prepare 6 stalks of celery and take only the leaves, then slice the celery leaves into small pieces like the photo above.
the second step, after you have sliced the celery leaves until finished, then what you have to do is finely 3 cloves of garlic until finished or you can also use 1 clove of red onion.
the third step, after you have pureed the garlic until it is done, then all you have to do is prepare a place and put 400 grams of flour, 80 grams of tapioca flour, half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of seasoning. Then, stir the dry ingredients until well blended using a spatula.
the fourth step, after the dry mixture has been stirred until well blended, the next thing you have to do is put the crushed garlic, 1 tablespoon margarine, 1 egg and celery leaves that you sliced earlier. After that, stir again until well blended.
fifth step, after you've stirred the dough for a while until it's well mixed, then add 160ml or 180ml of mineral water into the dough. Then, knead the dough until it's smooth and well mixed.
the fifth step, after the dough has been kneaded until smooth and well mixed, then cover the dough with clean plastic or a clean cloth and let the dough rest for about 15 or 20 minutes.
the sixth step, after the dough has been allowed to rest for 20 minutes, then prepare the work mat and put all the dough on the work mat. after that cut the dough into 4 parts like the photo above.
seventh step, after the dough has been cut into 4 parts, the next thing you have to do is flatten the dough using a rolling pin until it is completely flat. after that, cut the dough according to your wishes or you can follow the method above.
the eighth step, after you have cut the dough like the previous shape, the next thing you have to do is prepare a frying pan and put enough cooking oil. Then, heat the cooking oil for a few minutes until it's really hot.
the last step, after the cooking oil is really hot, then fry all the dough until both sides of the dough turn brown in color using only medium. Repeat this step until all the dough has been fried.
and finally, you can enjoy onion chips for your friends and family. This snack is perfect for eating while watching movies or relaxing with family. The taste is really very good and the texture of the chips is also very crunchy and crunchy. Onion chips are one of my favorite snacks at home.
