Yooo hello my fellow hivers and all hive communities from around the world wherever you are. come back again with me Jodi and Ema on the food and snack recipe blog that is very easy for you to make yourself at home without requiring a lot of money and time. happy tuesday to all hivers and communities who are doing activities as usual or just at home with family and friends, hope you are fine without any problems. thank you to all hivers and communities who have read and stopped by my previous post regarding the recipe for how to make cornstarch donuts, what do you think about these donuts? give your feedback below this post. Well, this Tuesday, Ema and I will make a unique bread that is easy for you to make at home. This bread is called Chigiri and this bread is almost similar to torn bread. the way of making this bread is also very easy and you can make this bread as your snack at home with your family. For those of you who are interested in this recipe, just take a look at the recipe below until it's finished. good luck Hivers.
Well, the ingredients you have to prepare certainly don't cost much and you can buy all these ingredients at the nearest supermarket or market. The first ingredients you have to prepare are wheat flour, margarine, powdered milk, sugar, salt, yeast, mineral water and various kinds of jams such as strawberry, chocolate and other types of jam.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and put 18 tablespoons of flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 sachet of powdered milk and half a tablespoon of yeast. After that, stir the dry mixture until well blended using a spatula only.
the second step, after the dry dough has been stirred until well blended, then all you have to do is put enough mineral water into the dough and then knead the dough by hand until the dough is half smooth.
the third step, after the dough has been kneaded until half smooth, then add 2 tablespoons of margarine and half a teaspoon of salt into the dough. after that, knead the dough again until the dough is really soft and also smooth.
the fourth step, after the dough is completely smooth, then cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough rise for about 40 minutes depending on your room temperature.
the fifth step, after the dough has expanded, the next thing you have to do is prepare a work mat and put the dough on the work mat. after that, cut and round the dough with a weight of 50 grams each.
the sixth step, after the dough has been cut and rounded to completion, the next thing you have to do is roll the dough with a length of 8 cm only. Repeat this step until all the dough has been rolled.
seventh step, after all the dough has been rolled to completion, then flatten the bottom of the dough and let the top end of the dough taper. after that, put enough jam that you have prepared in the place you flatten. Repeat this step until all the dough is finished.
the eighth step, after the dough has been put in the jam that you have prepared, then roll the dough again to cover the finish like the photo above. Repeat this step until all the dough is done.
the ninth step, after all the dough has been completed, the next thing you have to do is prepare a baking sheet and spread margarine evenly in the pan. after that, arrange the dough into the pan and cover the dough, let the dough double for about 30 minutes depending on room temperature you.
tenth step, while the dough is being allowed to rise for 30 minutes, now we will make the topping for the Chigiri bread. The first thing you have to prepare is a bowl and put 20 grams of powdered sugar, 30 grams of flour and 14 grams of margarine. Then, stir until it becomes grains of sand.
the eleventh step, after the dough has expanded and the topping is complete, then first apply the dough with liquid milk evenly, then sprinkle the taping that you made earlier.
the last step, after the dough is finished and ready in the oven, then prepare the oven and preheat the oven for 10 minutes only. after the oven is hot, enter the baking sheet and bake the dough at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for approximately 18 or so 22 minutes depending on the oven you use.
and finally, you can serve Chigiri and eat together with family or friends, actually this chigiri bread does not have a filling and the taste of this bread is quite bland if we don't fill it with jam. This bread is very suitable to be eaten in the morning while enjoying a glass of milk. What do you think ? quite easy isn't it? give your feedback below this post. thank you to all hivers and communities who have read and stopped by my post today about the recipe for how to make Chigiri. don't forget to give your advice and support for me and EMA to be more enthusiastic about making the next delicious recipe. see you in another recipe with me, Jodi and Ema.
