How to Make Cadbury Roll Cookies

Well, this weekend I will share a chocolate cookie recipe for you. because I use Cadbury chocolate, so I named this cookie Cadbury roll cookie. Surely you know the Cadbury chocolate brand, it is very delicious and soft when made like cookies. for those of you chocolate lovers, just make it and see the recipe below until it's finished. good luck Hivers!

Well, the ingredients for making these Cadbury Roll Cookies certainly don't require a lot of ingredients and you can buy all these ingredients at the nearest supermarket or market. The first ingredients you have to prepare are powdered sugar, margarine, low protein flour, eggs, cornstarch, Cadbury chocolate and butter with the anchor brand. After you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start with the first step of making Cadbury Roll Cookies.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and put 100 grams of butter and 100 grams of margarine. After that, stir the butter and margarine until they are thoroughly mixed using a wisker only.

the second step, after the margarine and butter have been stirred until well blended using a whisk, then add 6 tablespoons of powdered sugar into the butter and margarine. Then, stir until well blended.

the third step, after the powdered sugar has been stirred until well mixed, the next thing you have to do is put 1 yolk and stir again using a wisker until the egg yolks are evenly mixed.

the fourth step, after the egg yolks have been stirred until well blended, then add 15 or 20 tablespoons of low protein flour, 1 sachet of powdered milk and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Next, stir again until everything is well blended using a whisk.

the fifth step, after you have kneaded it until it becomes a dough and is really smooth, the next thing you have to do is prepare a syringe cake mold and put the dough into the mold. after that, press the dough using your thumb until the dough comes out.

the sixth step, after you have printed the dough until it looks like the photo above, then arrange the dough on a baking sheet. Repeat the fifth step until all the dough is finished printing.

seventh step, after you have made the dough like the previous photo, now all you have to do is prepare the frozen cadbury chocolate and cut the cadbury chocolate according to your wishes. Next, put the cadbury chocolate on top of the dough and roll it. repeat this step until the cadbury chocolate is done.

the eighth step, the result you can see in the photo above, all the dough has been rolled with Cadbury chocolate on the inside. Now arrange everything into a pan like the photo above.

the ninth step, after everything has been arranged into the pan, then spread the egg yolk evenly on the top of the dough so that the color of the dough is brighter and the taste of the cookies is also more delicious.

the last step, after all the dough has been spread evenly with the egg yolks, then prepare the oven and preheat the oven for about 10 minutes. after the oven has started to heat up, enter the baking sheet and bake the dough at a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius, with a fire up and down less more for 25 to 30 minutes depending on the oven you are using.

And finally, you can serve Cadbury Roll Cookies as a snack for your family and friends. The taste is really very delicious and honestly this cookie is better than the nastar cake I made before.
