Raw Pizza is Beautiful!

Wassup Pizza Lovers,
I love to eat a delicious crispy pizza, fresh out of the oven! Who doesn't, right?
Yeah, but today I'm here to show a different view of that precious pizza we love to eat.

Eaii amantes da Pizza,
Eu amo comer uma pizza fresquinha e crocante saindo do forno! Quem não ama né? Pois é, hoje eu vim pra mostrar uma visão diferente daquela preciosa pizza que a gente ama comer.

Before anything else, we have to prepare our slowly fermented silky smooth dough balls. But that's a recipe for another post. Today I say we just focus on the beauty of raw ingredients and how it can be a very nice round canvas to work with. Pizza is tasteful to the mouth and to the eyes it should too!

Antes de qualquer coisa precisamos preparar nossas bolas de massa, macias e lentamente fermentadas. Mas essa é uma receita para outro post. Hoje eu digo para focarmos na beleza dos ingredientes crus e como isso pode ser uma boa tela de pintura para trabalharmos. Pizza é gostoso para a boca e para os olhos também deve ser!

Choose your ingredients!
That's right, whatever you choose to be on your pizza will be a different element with a different collor, texture and taste. Starting with the base it could be white sauce, tomato sauce, pumpkin sauce or no sauce at all. Sometimes I even like to finish with the sauce on top.

Isso aí, qualquer coisa que escolher para colocar na pizza vai ser um elemento diferente com cor, textura e gosto variados. Começando com a base pode ser um molho branco, molho de tomate, de abóbora ou até molho nenhum. Às vezes eu gosto de colocar o molho por cima de tudo no final.

As I build the pizza I try to imagine how will it look like when it comes out of the oven. It doesn't matter that much, even bad pizza is good pizza! And I try to go with the flow, they normally come up just right.

Enquanto eu construo a pizza eu tento imaginar como ela vai ficar depois que sair do forno. Não importa muito, até pizza ruim é boa! Eu tento seguir o fluxo, e elas normalmente dão certo.

It's beautiful to see, but I would really like a machine to do all the work for me. I love to make pizza and nothing takes this from me, but sometimes I just wanted to rub a magic lamp and wait for a pizza to come out with no effort.

É muito lindo de se ver, mas eu gostaria mesmo que alguma máquina me ajudasse nesse processo todo. Amo fazer pizza e nada me tira isso, mas as vezes que só queria mesmo esfregar uma lâmpada mágica e que saísse a pizza que eu quisesse na hora sem trabalho.
