πUndue Respect : πA one second Day
There are certain situations to demand absolute tolerance and patience.
This particular demand deals with what we feel and how we feel, work together with our nature.
Controlling our expressions can be difficult in this situation, but you will be happy with yourself when you do it well.
Uncontrollable situations can turn ugly, affecting lots of things and finally resulting in regrets.
My friend met a lady in her workplace, the lady is married with kids.
So, she has so much respect for her not because she was married with kids, but also because she is way much older than her.
One day, my friend received a call from this senior lady that a male cousin of hers, she her picture on her WhatsApp status and wanted to meet her.
Her calling is to take permission before giving out the number and for her to know that the person is from her.
My friend gently smiled and gave the go-ahead, not knowing what awaits.
The male friend called later in request for them to meet up, which she agreed on and went to the location sent.
On reaching there, she met an older man, she was confused and disappointed, but she assured herself to be calm and not to be too fast to judge.
She met the man, who was already annoying her with his words, but she kept her cool.
Then, during the little time discussion, she was able to give to the man.
She found out that the man is married with grown children.
The man's first child almost her age mate, she just gently excused herself after finding out the man's intentions.
She was just so disappointed, irritated, and blamed herself for easily trusting the senior lady.
She thought she was going to meet a younger single guy, and they would get to know each other.
Hopefully, start a healthy relationship.
She later met the lady after some days, and the lady was trying to cover her own shame.
Because she wasn't expecting the outcome, she wanted to be madam of a runs girl.
My Monday started and ended quickly before my eyes ππππ
Like, it was a day that, to me, I didn't get to do much.
I know I woke up feeling so grateful.
I prepared and went to work, which was a busy day at work.
Then, I stopped by the market to get a few things.
Stopped by an aunty shop to settle some issues.
I started cooking, and immediately, i got home.
And rushed to church for our pastor's birthday service, which was an amazing one.
Glad I didn't miss it.
I came back later in the late evening.
Did few things and it was already night......just like that.
