The idea is to present you, up to where I have reached in my work, with the manufacture of cleaning products, where day by day, that I manufacture, I seek to obtain a good product, and for this you must have a good formula, which involves the necessary raw material. In these products there are some that are the most used by almost all those who manufacture and even the big brands.

First of all, we consider that when two or more elements are combined to obtain a final product, in chemistry, they do so in fixed quantities; that is to say that regardless of the quantities involved you will obtain the same final product, of course its quantity will be conditioned by the initial quantities of the elements that are combined, this in chemistry is a law known as the law of definite proportions

In these days I proposed to review the formulas I was using, review the procedures and seek to obtain a solution, that from it, prepare liquid detergents, dishwashing liquid, car wash soap, or any other cleaning product that involves a soapy solution. The difference in the different products would be the other raw materials that would be added to give it effectiveness, quality and attractive sales appearance.

This base solution will be obtained with the combination of Genapol and Symphonic Acid, this mixture should involve NaOH, now as these products in their combination would form a paste, water should be added, thus also facilitating the mixing of these raw materials and the Neutralization process.

Genapol is known as Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, it is a surfactant and is responsible for the foam in detergents, it helps to remove the dirt, because it makes the molecules more slippery to each other so that the dirt would go into the water

Sulfonic Acid is an anionic surfactant, which when dissolved in water, will decrease the surface tension of water helping to dissolve poorly water soluble agents, such as fats and oils.

NaOH, also known as Soda, is a very alkaline compound of high Ph, and is widely used in these products as one of the important raw materials

With these products you can obtain the base solution for the elaboration of detergents, now I am going to explain how to make it but I will mention how to obtain it:

-Mezcle 80 gramos Soda al 25 % y 100 gramos Genapol , haga la mezcla con cuidado, recuerde que la Soda es corrosivo por su alto valor de Ph,

-Cuando este totalmente mezclado, agregue unos 400 gramos de agua, y siga mezclando con cuidado.

• Agregue el Ácido Sulfonico unos 80 gramos, mezcle hasta homogenizar todo.

-Adicione el resto del agua 350 gras, mezcle.

-En este punto debe medir el Ph, y vas agregando poco a poco Acido Sulfonico si es necesario hasta llevar a las mezcla a un ph de 7 a 8.

Mix 80 grams of 25% Soda and 100 grams of Genapol, mix carefully, remember that Soda is corrosive due to its high Ph value,

When it is completely mixed, add about 400 grams of water, and continue mixing carefully.

Al llegar a este punto a esta solución base agregue unos 33 gramos de Dietanolamina que ayudara a darle más poder surfactante al producto.

Esta mezcla final, te permitirá obtener un poderoso detergentes que dependiendo de lo que requieras fabricar, Detergente para lavar ropa, Lavaplatos, debes usar otras materia prima, y se quieres darle un poder comercial, usarías un espesante y añadirías color y fragancia y el producto final, será un producto concentrado y de mucha calidad.

Buscando un mejor producto, tuve que formular y reformular hasta llegar a esta mezcla que me a permitido obtener un producto de mucha mejor calidad y apartir de esta Base mejor producto, voy tomando la cantidad que requiero usar para ir preparando lo que tenga en pedido, por supuesto, tomo la cantidad y termino agregando el resto de la materia prima según lo que quiero obtener y finalmente agrego espesante, color y fragancia, y listo.
