Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. This time I will share with you an afternoon of dynamics with @manuelcancine.

Ya desde hace tiempo a @manuelcancine se nos hace difícil hacer dinamicos porque el estudia y trabaja y yo trabajo entonces el tiempo de entrenar y las energías no son las mismas de antes, eso hace que valoremos más la hora de entrenamiento y más cuando es de freestyle.

For some time now @manuelcancine has been making it difficult for us to do dynamics because he studies and works and I work so the time to train and the energies are not the same as before, that makes us value more the hour of training and more when it is freestyle.

Siempre me ha gustado dedicarle tiempo a mis dinamicos pero ahora lo que más hago es rutina, ejercicios de pierna y ejercicios para fortalecer el tren superior.

I have always liked to dedicate time to my dynamics but now what I do more is routine, leg exercises and exercises to strengthen the upper body.
