The King Of Fruits "Mango"

There are numerous fruits all over the world. Among the numerous delicious fruits, there is one fruit that has attained royal status and this fruit is called the "King of Fruits". The name of this delicious fruit is "Mango". There are many reasons why mango is called the king of fruits. Mango is considered the king of fruits due to its incomparable taste, abundance, nutritional value, diversity, cultural significance etc.

Mangoes are produced in almost every district of Bangladesh. And Chapainawabganj district under Rajshahi division is famous for mangoes. Mango yield is good in northern part of Bangladesh. There are some places in our country where mango markets can be seen. Many people benefit financially by producing mangoes. Mango has a lot of importance at the national level. Due to the abundance of mango trees, the mango is given the status of the national tree of Bangladesh.

Many times mango fairs are organized and mango exhibitions are arranged at different places. Kings-maharajas, or emperors, even poets and writers were fans of mangoes. In some countries, the mango is a symbol of tradition. And for these reasons, mango is called the king of fruits. This year the yield of mangoes in our country was good and the price of mangoes was low this year compared to other years.

Mango is not only eaten as a fruit, but that too. There are many recipes like mango pickle, mango curry or mango recipes that add flavor and variety to our food. There are many varieties of mangoes. Among them Haribhanga, Langra, Gopalbhog, Fazli, Amrapali etc. mangoes are famous in our country.

My favorite fruit is mango. We have several mango trees in our garden. This time almost every tree had mangoes. As mango is the king of fruits in our country, again it varies by caste or region. We have a traditional mango tree in our country which is about 200 years old and is situated on about 2 bighas of land. In several countries mangoes are given special status, while in others other fruits are given special status based on their abundance and preference.
