Here's the ruleset

Lineup:

Summoner: Brightohn Bloom

Brighton gives my team flying which spares me from Earthquake damage. Flying also provides an increased chance that melee and ranged attacks from my opponent will miss. Every miss spares 2 or more of my monsters from taking damage in the Explosive Weaponry ruleset.

Tank: Cursed Windeku

The Windeku starts with a high life total and deals thorns damage to any melee attackers to hit it. The thing you may have forgotten about the Windeku is it's speed which is solid.

1st position: Void Dragon

Fast, flying, void. This is a great combination for my current ruleset.

2nd position: Silent Sha-Vi

This also starts with solid speed which is great for the Explosive Weaponry ruleset. Hitting the back of the line is also helpful.

3rd position: Creeping Ooze

The slow ability is great for the Explosive Weaponry ruleset but there is also some risk in placing this here. If my opponent happens to have something with opportunity then it's an easy target and that damage will spread to the neighboring monsters.

4th and 5th position: Fiend and Chicken

These are a potential liability in the same way that the Ooze is, but they're free and they provide a potential buffer for the actual Ooze in case my opponent has any sneak attack.

Did my strategy work?

Like a charm. This lineup worked great.

Do I like Silent Sha-Vi?

Yes. This immediately jumped out as one of the best ghost cards in the death splinter.

What will I try differently next time?

I could potentially find an even faster team to pair with Brighton Bloom in this ruleset. The Unicorn Mustang and Regal Peryton would have worked great with Brighton here.

Thanks for reading and thanks for all the upvotes, reblogs, comments and follows. I'll see you in the game.
