Jiffy and OTF Coach #214
Tiffany and I woke up this morning and went to the local ORANGETHEORY FITNESS in Mount Dora, Florida.
After yesterday's 5K run we didn't want to pass up an OTF workout.
Usually, when Tiffany and I go to Mount Dora it has been to go to that OTF and we began to really like the town and we decided to participate in the annual running event, bring the boys with us, rent a room and enjoy the holiday festivities.
They do it big there. Very traditionally forward and it's been a pleasure spending time there during this time of year.
Coach Heather was our 214th Orangetheory Coach that we have worked out for as a couple.
She is a very energetic and fun Coach and it was awesome meeting her!

The Orange Theory sounds very cool how you can find the gyms in a lot of places with the Orange Theory.
