Introspection

The mid-week swing is here and evaluating how my week is going and how to compound what is working and tweak what could be better is in effect or is it?

I mean, the last few weeks for me has been busy mostly because of work. There has been minimal windows of opportunities to take advantage of, for extra HIVE activity.

That is why the impact of LEO Threads is huge for me, because as that evolves it will be easier for me to still have the opportunity to be super active on chain. That also goes for my usage of dBuzz and LikeTu, Actifit and VEEWS. I mean these on the go or time saving options in the HIVE ecosystem is so important.

I'm still showing up everyday and the streak of doing that goes back to February 2021 without missing a day on HIVE and although the last few weeks has been more sporadic, there are still buckets of time that I go full force to ensure I cover my bases routinely.

This equally goes for my health and fitness journey. I never really stopped working out, but a lot of other things happened that made that journey more challenging from March 2021 through December 2022

We are a week away from entering the third month of the year already and it's been gravy for me physically. This morning, I felt beast mode during my workout and I didn't skip a beat. It was awesome. The 2023 reset is going amazingly well as I've dropped those extra pounds I was carrying a lot faster than I anticipated. I'm still at about a 5 to 8 pound swing from my goal, but there are always variables that doesn't only center around pure weight when you step on a scale. Let's just say I'm starting to wear some of the workout clothing I put to the side for a while and those that I have been using are getting looser by the day ;-)

I've been on this journey to have a healthier and fitter life for almost ten years, so I am always adapting through some challenges that will always come my way.

I had one photo from this past weekend's Activity Walk in Winter Garden, Florida leftover that was taken with my iPhone14 of what I believe is an AMERICAN WHITE IBIS and it's how matched it up to my Introspection post today.
