Today is Tiffany's and my rest day, so although we have to work; we sleep a couple of extra hours and not go workout, which we do usually on Tuesdays.

Waking up refreshed allows me to have a clear thought on how things are going for me and getting me prepared to go back to the grind without hesitation.

Work has me very busy for more than a few weeks where I don't really get much time to take a breath and although I work fully remote, that volume of work isn't much less but more. This is due to less of us in my team that was almost triple this time last year.

Getting back to this post and why I chose this particular quote to line up with "Stay the Course" it's how sticking to your goals and not coming off track regardless of whatever challenges come your way is a proven fact to work.

My years of focusing on my health and fitness is my self-evidence that no matter what - you keep going.

I also see juggernauts on this blockchain who are relentless in their pursuit to provide excellent platforms and despite people banging on them when things are not moving fast enough or not working immediately to their liking they stayed the course.

Look at what we have access to in the HIVE and you quickly come to realize these amazing people put the grind in daily and never wavered.

That continues to encourage me to maintain my path on HIVE, because staying the course is critical to getting shit done.
