Today is cheat day, but Tiffany and I still got in a workout under the orange lights.

We made multiple stops to do our grocery shopping along with some holiday purchases.

I am in a holiday mood, so decided to have some Egg Nog with a shot of Puerto Rican rum.

Although, I prefer COQUITO , because of my heritage and it is damn good; being born in America drinking egg nog and rum is never a bad thing - YUM.

Luckily, I know someone who will have a couple of bottles of Coquito that I will be purchasing from in a few days.

For now, I'll enjoy this.

It looks delicious!
I'm glad you have a cheat day.
That is OK.

Looks good! I've always been fascinated that adding liquor to eggnog never makes it curdle. LOL
Wonder why that is.

It's very good, but I did search that reason:

"To bring this back to eggnog, you can add rum to eggnog because the overall mixture won't become acidic enough to curdle the dairy. You shouldn't add eggnog to rum because you'll temporarily have an acidic mixture that will curdle the milk." found it on Reddit and answered by TellahtheSage

It's funny, if you add the rum to egg not no problem but if you add the egg nog to rum - no bueno lol
