Cuban Style Vegan Food

After having a great Puerto Rican not vegan meal last weekend today Tiffany and me went to Market on South which has been a spot of various plant based and vegan options.

They recently brought folks that make Cuban Vegan dishes and still have an ice cream section called Vegan Scoops.

At the side of the Cuban food area I went with the Plant Based Mojo Pork with black beans and white rices including tostones and garlic mojo to dip the tostones in.

From the Vegan Scoops side I had a Vanilla Shake made with Almond Milk.

The food was AWESOME but my favorite part eas how flavorful the black beans were. They were one of the best black beans I ever had. The tostones were on point.

The plant based mojo pork was not bad. Their flavors are so good they made them beyond edible.
